If you read the small print you realise…
If you read the small print you realise you haven't got much. Just a web page html certificate that has arrived late.no attachment in email or clear. You got to read the small print for everything. I won't bother but that is my opinion.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the way your documents were set out. I did try to call you today to discuss this but there was no reply. Your documents are emailed out in that format as standard. Had you needed anything more then you were able to contact us to request this. All the required information is contained in the email that is sent to you along with the policy wording booklet.
