I love Rocket Money, anything savings wise or even just for sorting though my finances they’re super helpful for. They have all the features I need and if there’s anything I would like to add, I can request and they’ll either add a new feature or try to accommodate it. The support is amazing as well & they respond quickly!

My experience with Rocket Money has been awesome. There is an issue with one of my banks, not connecting, and I sent over a question about what was going on. Not only did I get a response. I got one that troubleshoot the actual issue and advice on what to do if this was my main account.

She gave me a perfect response and I found out what I wanted

What a scam. I got a huge charge from them that I did not agree to. I tried to cancel it and it says they will cancel after a year. They have your bank account information and have no problem taking money out of it. Avoid at all costs!

todd from customer service was excellent! this was the smoothest refund i’ve ever been through. most companies try and wiggle out of it for HOURSSSS. instead of just understanding the customer made a mistake. Thank you guys! i will definitely continue to use rocket money. ❤️

Dishonest business practices

Rocket Money renegotiated my Xfinity bill at a HIGHER rate and will not take any responsibility for it. It is impossible to actually speak with anyone that can help you. It’s a scam.

Rocket Money is the best way to track all of your financial information in one place. They make it easy to get excited about money management.

Unusually fast and direct communications from support. I had a question that wasn't answered via the FAQ's and I assumed I'd get into a "rabbit hole" of AI reponses. I assumed wrong, an actual person replied to my email, followed up to ensure I had the answers I needed.

They helped me with a refund

I've had great success integrating all of my bank and investment accounts. I feel like I can control my finances and make smarter financial choices.

I ran into an issue where one of my accounts had closed but was still tied to a Smart Savings Fund. I worked with a customer service rep through their built-in chat. They gave detailed instructions and thorough updates as they worked on it. It took a few days to sort out, but that's to be expected when dealing with banks.

I plan on using the product for the foreseeable future.

I hate I even had to give it a one star. Do not get involved they are such a scam. No way to cancel and if you don’t have passwords they will send you down so many rabbit holes. What a waste of time

Rocket Money is an incredible App. It has great features like creating budget for spend categories and once you linked all your accounts you can track live your performance against it. It also has a feature where you can track your net worth. I was convicted that an app can’t build what I had build in my spreadsheet because of the way I would spilt expenses between different categories and monitor my brokerage and retirement accounts but Rocket Money can do all of that. I am truly impressed and enjoy the app very much. If you still want to pivot the data you can always export as a csv file and play with the data.

The app is intuitive and you don’t have to have a financial background to navigate and enjoy the usability.

On top of that Rocket Money negotiate bills on your behalf and takes a of the saving if they are successful.

Having all expenses from all our credit cards and checking accounts including Venmo flow into one centralized spot is a dream to keep track of all spending. I can highly recommend Rocket Money as the best financial tracker I have used so far.

Chat was very responsive, helpful, informative, kind and quick to the issue I was having and also very patient.

I was worried I would not get ahold of anyone and they followed up smoothly!
