The associate I chatted with helped me solve my problem and persisted with me through some different obstacles.

Cheryl, in a word. I had trouble connecting via Plaid to my bank, sent in a screenshot and asked for help. Cheryl from Rocket responded, and kept researching the situation (even while there was radio silence on my end, as I was on a short vacation). In the end, it was not a problem on Rocket's side and it got sorted out, but Cheryl would not drop it until the issue got solved. Wished other companies cared as much.

I installed the app and gave it a shot. It didn't find anything useful so I removed it. It picked out a few regular transactions I make from the same store and deemed them as subscriptions when that was not the case so I thought that was that.
A few days later I received an email telling me that even though I deleted the app I still had an active account with a delete my account link on the bottom. Naturally the link sent me to a page telling me I needed to install the app. I deleted the app for a reason it wasn't for me. I don't like being tricked into thinking my subscription is active and being forced to install the app again after I had removed it. Funny because this exact type of behavior is exactly what rocket money advertises it helps against.

Customer service went above and beyond to help resolve a complex problem.

I was overwhelmed and somewhat frustrated navigating the app because it kept directing me to sign in several time to link an account again. Cheryl responded to my email and I described my problem. She was so kind and really listened. Next day I went on the app to link accounts and was able to get in with no problems. I was ready to give up!

I had problems with duplicate transactions and instead of just saying that they forwarded it to the dev team, they actually helped remove all of them without me having to do anything, this service will absolutely keep me subscribed to your service and I don't plan on switching anytime soon because of it

RocketMoney is the easiest money management app I have ever used. It is beautifully designed and a pleasure to use. I especially like the way it accurately auto classifies my transactions which cuts down on the work I have to do to keep things updated.

I really like the notifications Rocket Money sends out to let you know about large transactions and upcoming bills which is why I am giving two stars not one. But I got the app to cancel subscriptions for me. After reviewing recurring charges, I found two subscriptions I wanted to cancel. The first one they flat out said they couldn't do. Annoying. The second one they said they would start working on. A week later I noticed two charges on my credit card for this service. I went back into the Rocket Money app and there is no cancellation in progress. I tried to start another cancellation and it says to call the provider directly. This app is a huge waste of time and money. I have more work to do than before I paid them $10.

Rocket money started taking money out of my account without my permission. they make it next to impossible to stop the bull s, and close an account, will never be using this again. They don't even let you know if they start taking money out anyway.

I have been a "Client" of Rocket Money [initially True Bill] for almost 2 years now. We were in a dire situation. Thought that maybe we weren't making enough money and I would need to get a 2nd job. In talking with our daughter [a client of yours] she was bragging about True Bill and got us enrolled in it.

Before Rocket Money we were always getting Overdraft charges every month with bills that were not paid on time or overdrawn on our account!! It was super stressful and discouraging. Our daughter helped us get set up with Rocket Money, we created a budget and bill pay and even a Savings category. We didn't need another job, we just needed help with budget and management.

Since joining Rocket Money, we have had zero overdrafts and remarkably, we even have a healthy Savings account! Boom!! And at the end of the year, calculating all our Income Tax requirements are super easy because all our money now has budget categories.

This has changed our lives and reduced our stress level immensely. Thank you for providing such a useful tool to help us. I tell anyone who will listen to me about Rocket Money!

I absolutely love this app! It is so user friendly and saves me so many hours doing my own budgeting and saves a lot of money to!
