Huono kokemus

Kova markkinointi robotti imurin tarvikkeista ja tilasin pesuaineen. Toimitus oli nopea, pakkauksessa oma nimi, mutta jonkun toisen lähetyslista ja tuotteet jotain muatepatruunoja. Laitoin heti viestiä enkä saanut mitään vastausta siihen, miten ongelma ratkaistaan. Ainoastaan pyydetään säilyttämään tuote ja etten saa sitä lähettää ominpäin takaisin… ei puhettakaan korvaavasta tuotteesta tai siitä, että saisin rahani takaisin. En kyllä tilaa toista kertaa.

Takuuasiat ja asiakaspalvelu ala-arvoista

Tuote kyllä toimitettiin nopeasti, mutta nopeus loppui kun tuli takuu asioista kysymyksiä. Ei minkäänlaisia vastauksia kahteen viikkoon kun Neato D10 ilmeni ongelmia. Ei nähtävästi minkäänlaista takuuorganisaatiota tällä kaupalla!

Huono asiakaspalvelu

Robotista en osaa sanoa, on vielä matkalla, mutta asiakaspalvelussa on parannettavaa.
Mainokset, lähetysilmoitukset ja luvattu lisäapu ja -info on suomeksi, mutta kun kysyy jotain, vastaus englanniksi; valitettavasti... blaablaa...

Sähköposti on keksitty. Kun saatte muunkin suomeksi, miksi asiakaspalvelu mättää noin pahasti??!!

Varoitus

Varoitus. Sähköpotkulauta meni ohjauksesta rikki. Asfaltissa koloja ja niistä aiheutui klappi ohjaukseen.
Robittiexpertti kieltäytyy korjaamasta takuuna.
