Imurien valinnassa sain vinkkejä ja olen ollut tyytyväinen heidän ehdottamiin tuotteisiin (robotti-imuri sekä varsi-imuri).
Tilaus tuli perille parissa päivässä.
Hyvin tietoa ja videoita tukemaan ostopäätöstä. Toimituksessa kävi inhimillinen virhe ja se hoidettiin kuntoon erinomaisella otteella ja tekemällä korjaaminen asiakkaalle mahdollisimman helpoksi.
Varsi-imuri ja robottileikkurin varaosat tulivat perille nopeasti. Palvelu toimii ja asiakkaana ei voi olla kuin tyytyväinen!
Tilasin robottiruohonleikkurin jota luvattiin olevan varastossa hyvin pian. Eipä ollut/tullut. Odotin hetken lisää mutta sama homma.

Emme pysty tämän arvostelun perusteella varmasti tunnistamaan tilausta, mutta yleisesti meillä on valitettavasti ollut tänä kesänä ajoittain saatavuusviiveitä robottiruohonleikkureissa maahantuojien ja kuljetusten aikataulumuutosten vuoksi.
Vastuu asiakkaalle annetusta saatavuustiedosta on tietenkin meillä, ja tässä emme ole onnistuneet riittävän hyvin. Kehitämme viestintäämme, jotta vastaavia tilanteita ei pääse jatkossa syntymään.
