Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 48 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people expressed significant dissatisfaction with the customer service, frequently describing it as unresponsive, unhelpful, and difficult to reach. Customers also reported widespread issues with product quality, with many devices malfunctioning or breaking down prematurely, often within months of purchase. This led to a perception of poor value, especially given the high price points of the products. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with customer support, finding representatives helpful, professional, and quick to resolve issues, sometimes resulting in product replacements. A few other people also felt that the products offered excellent cleaning performance and were easy to manage.

A little dodgy of a product, hard to make it work. But the product category is notoriously unreliable, so not sure Roborock is any bit worse than the others. Great pricing at least!

Someone else's house was mapped in my 'new' vacuum cleaner

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought 'brand new' Qrevo Edge Pro from a normal retailer in Australia (Harvey Norman) - and shocked to find that before I ever used it there was a map from another house already in the app (i.e. seemingly the product had been used). Harvey Norman and Roborock both useless. Roborock telephone service indicated that they also wouldn't feel good about that and I should return the item. Well, good luck to me with that. I then had to engage with Roborock email customer service. Took ages to get a reply. And then ages to get an answer. And the answer was wholly unsatisfactory. Allegedly all normal, it was me mapping my own house...despite the map being there before the device was ever turned on (and not looking at all like my house). Now 5 months in, device is sitting there taking up space because I refuse to use it and am awaiting a more satisfactory solution from Roborock. Looking at this reviews, I fear I will be waiting a long time. Buyer BEWARE!

$1,600 robot became unusable after 2.5 years

I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro Ultra for about $1,600. After the warranty expired, recurring mopping and vacuuming problems began. The robot was sent for repair 7–8 times, with each repair taking over a month. The day after one repair, I reported that the same problem had already returned. Eventually, the robot was returned unrepaired because spare parts were unavailable. After only 2.5 years, I am left with a $1,600 robot that cannot be used.

POOR PRODUCT, STOPPED WORKING / NEVIGATING IN FOUR MONTHS

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be highlighted. I purchased this robot vacuum with high expectations, only to have it completely stop working in just four months.

The vacuum performed reasonably well in the beginning, but the decline was rapid. Just in few months it is struggled to navigate and does not do anything.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of meaningful support in the UK! A household appliance shouldn’t become a disposable item after a few months of light use.

I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing in this model. A robot vacuum should make life easier, not add another problem to your list. This one has been a complete let‑down.

Customer service is no good

Customer service is no good . Do not buy the Saros 20 until they fix the issues. The mop mounts would not install when going to mop and the vacuum would leak dirty water all over the floor when cleaning itself .

Very disappointing experience with Roborock

Very disappointing experience with Roborock, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

After an initial issue, my robot vacuum was sent for repair and underwent a major intervention with multiple internal components replaced. However, once returned, the device came back with a new defect (constant Wi-Fi disconnections), making it essentially unusable.

For over three weeks now:
- I have followed all requested troubleshooting steps;
- the product has already been repaired once;
- the issue remains unresolved.

Instead of providing a definitive solution, customer support keeps asking for additional tests on my side (network checks, hotspot tests, etc.) and attempts to attribute the problem to my home environment.

As a “solution”, I was offered a refurbished replacement, which I consider unacceptable given that I originally purchased a new product and the repair has clearly failed.

To date, no proper resolution (new replacement or refund) has been provided.

Very frustrating experience and highly disappointing after-sales support. I would strongly recommend carefully considering this aspect before purchasing.

Roborock Warrantee and Customer "Support" Is a Farce!

Don't expect and sort of warrantee support. They will jerk you around, forcing you to spend hours documenting the problem only to then ask you all the same questions over and over again in a never ending cycle that is designed to create so much frustration and waste so much of your time that you eventually give up.

Stick to brands which offer support

I wouldn’t buy another Roborock product, we have had our revo for 18 months and it no longer mops, it won’t draw water from the clean water tank anymore, all Roborock do is offer advise and tips to get it working again, clearly there is a design fault. After allot of going backwards and forwards the machine has now been fixed under warranty, by a sub contracted repair company. I think its worth buying a Dyson in the future.

I bought a Roborock Ultra in 2025…

I bought a Roborock Ultra in 2025 hoping it would save me time and make life easier because of my very busy work schedule. Instead, it has done the exact opposite.
The robot never worked even for a single day. From the beginning, it constantly showed internal errors and was completely unusable. I spent countless hours on the phone with customer support trying to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Eventually, they asked me to send the unit back for repair. After waiting and dealing with shipping back and forth, I received it again with the exact same issue. It still never worked.
This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made. I bought it for convenience, but instead I wasted hours trying to fix it, packaging it, shipping it, and dealing with support.

A very expensive product that never functioned properly from day one. Even worse, there was no proper refund or return resolution despite all the time and effort wasted.
I highly discourage anyone from buying this product. I truly wish I had known about these issues before spending my money on it.

Poor quality

I purchased a Roborock Q7 18 months ago. Paid over $600 for it. It stopped emptying into the vacuum bags a few months ago but I didn’t have time to look into repair until now. I was just advised their warranty expired after a year! I have had an eufy for 5 years and a roomba for nearly ten years- both are still working and I paid about $250 for them. Don’t purchase from this company - they don’t stand behind their products, which are of inferior quality.

SCAMMED FOR THE LAST TIME.

SCAMMED FOR THE LAST TIME.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT EVEN A PHONE CALL. I WAIT PATIENTLY FOR WEEKS FINALLY DECIDING TO EMAIL THEM TO SEE WHAT THE DELAY IS.

AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2 MONTHS I REACH OUT ASKING WHERE MY VACUUM IS THEY TELL ME IT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO A DEBIT ERROR. NOT FROM MY BLACK AMEX THAT'S FOR SURE. THEN THEY SAID BECAUSE IT'S BEEN OVER 60 DAYS (LIKE THAT'S MY FAULT!) THEY WON'T HONOR THE PRICING I PAID WHEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND I HAVE TO PAY $900 MORE.

AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AND IF IT'S TOO LATE AND YOU BOUGHT ONE PRAY IT DOESN'T BREAK AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON PLANET EARTH.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

This vepsite is scam!!DONTBUY ANYTHING FROM ROBOROCK UK OFFICIAL STORE !!!!

Do not buy from this site; I purchased the Qvero 35 robot from the Roborock UK website 8 months ago. Since the day I bought it, there have been software errors, but they told me it was an internet issue and kept me waiting, causing me to lose my 1-month return period. It's been 8 months since I bought it and my robot has completely broken down; it's performing crazy actions and you can only reach customer service via email. Okay, I contacted them patiently and asked them to resolve the issue. But they wrote to me that I had to take the large robot from me, take it to the post office, and pay the shipping fee. Now I don't know how to do this because I am disabled. I am in contact with customer service and will keep you updated

Great while it works but unreliable quality. Support follow up however does not disappoint. Resolved in the end.

Great while it works, but mine broke down after exactly 1 year. My Saros 10R is now bricked, and support keeps telling me it is a problem on my router, asking questions that prove that they have no clue how networking works. Fun while it works, but don't count on support.

-- update 28/5/26 --
Update based on support experience

allthough I was disappointed with the result of the intial intervention, the end result is customer focused.

Let's evalutate on a revers timeline:
- Roborock has sent me a refurbished model to replace the failing unit. The replacing model looks like new, and works like a charm (again).
- The interaction with the support team was not always a testament to their technical level, but I can vouch they always responded the next business day.
- After the intial "send for repair" cycle, I received my unit in a worse condition, not fixed for the intial issue, and having a worse phyisical condition than at the start
- when addressed (over email), I was given the option to replace the unit with a refurbished unit.
- I meanwhile received the refurbished unit, in a near mint condition close to new, and it works again like a charm.
Personal conclusion:
- initially disappointed in the first repair attempt
- very responsive support team on mail, they always reacted within 24h
- lived up to what I hoped for: fix the problem

Time will tell, but Roborock support in the end delivered what was promised.

The star rating needs to have negitive…

The star rating needs to have negitive scores because this company deserves a -5!
I sent my roborock Qrevo S Robot Vacuum and Mop, Self-Drying, Auto Mop Washing, 7000Pa Suction, Self-Emptying & Refilling, 10mm Mop Lifting, 200RPM into RoboRock for service. The unit was sent in because it would not charge. Customer service said the mop mechanics of the unit is broken (what does that have to do with not charging) Then they tell me it can not be repaired. Back and forth with many emails telling me they would send a picture of the broken part, never happened. I asked them to return my unit, never happended. I could go on and on explaining how awful the customer service is. However, the previous reviews speak for themselves. Awful, awful, awful. lies, lies, lies.

This software is total crap!

This software is total crap.
You can't connect a second phone to the device—WHY??? That's so stupid!!!
Reconnecting is a nightmare; it's faster to clean the floor by hand than to plug this garbage in.

I am very disappointed with my RoboRock…

I am very disappointed with my RoboRock vacuum cleaner. It is definitely not worth the money.

The main issue is the constant connectivity problems. The device keeps disconnecting from the app, and I have to reconnect it repeatedly. Even after successfully connecting it, within a week the app logs out again and asks me to set everything up from scratch.

This is extremely frustrating and makes the product unreliable for regular use. A smart vacuum is supposed to make life easier, but this one does the opposite.

Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Poor service

I have a Roborock Qrevo Curv. I have had it for 8 months and it just stopped working. No lights nothing. The customer service is poor at getting back to you, once they had and determined it had to go back for repairs the process was fairly quick. It took 2 weeks to repair, it was over Easter weekend so I thought the timeframe was reasonable as the service centre was only 10 miles away. I have now got it back with another issue, previously it required a new motherboard and battery and the wheels were replaced, now the wheels well one of them is clicking which may mean the replacement was not installed correctly. I love the machine however I don’t think their service is up to much.

Worst software I have ever experience. It always forget the map, try to re-create. I mark some areas for not entering but every 3 days, it forget its map, enter the area and stuck. Why? Which junior developed your code? You will understand why it is cheap!!!!
