Sent 3 mails already asking for explanations, but got no response at all.
Their shipping policy states i should have received the product in no more than 4 days (EU residents).
Never felt this scammed before.

The worst site in sweden , I ordered a watch and asked them to cancel it immediately after , no response….. the watch came dirty and the main package of the watch’s broken …. The post nord pack was better than the one they put……. And after all the watch was not what i expect to see …. It’s in the trash now …… and won’t do it again to order from them!

I’ve been trying to contact the customer service so many times and they are not giving any replies back. I’ve ordered a watch as a gift for my partner for his graduation and also paid extra for express shipping. It said I’ll take only 3-4 business days to arrive but it’s been more than a week but hasn’t received anything. It hasn’t been even shipped from the seller. Graduation is next week and I’m stressing out and trying contact customer service so many time with no reply at all.

The delivered watch did not match with my order. My selection was to include in built date window while the delivered one is plain without day sign.
Also I selected option to pay 5 $ for gift wrap, the deducted money was 49$ !. However, after sending my complains, an email feedback from Rob Hayes watches recieved, in the same day, including positive news to refund 49$ with supplying a new 2nd watch and keeping the 1st one as a gift without the need for back shipping to Rob Hayes. Many thanks for the free watch, it is awesome!

The worst company ever. I ordered a watch and changed my mind about it a few minutes later. So I texted the “live chat-we reply immediately” which ofc never texted me back and I emailed them asking for a cancel and refund. I didn’t get an answer for 8 days! They replied with an email saying my order is now already shipped and they can’t do anything about it. So now I need to wait for the order to arrive and then PAY the shipping company to send it back to them and then they’ll decide if I’ll get a refund. It’s ridiculous.
