Robens - first class customer care ..
Retail site (NOT Robens) supplied a poor quality item & were very obstructive when I tried to ask for refund / replacement. I passed my issue to ROBENS who were helpful beyond belief. Supportive, understanding & even supplied a replaceable item free even tho they didn’t have to.

Bought a Robens Double Dreamer in 2023, Poor Design.

Zip opening very poor design very easy to snag the zip into material and once this is done it is impossible to get it out resulting in Ripped Zip flap. You have to be extremely careful opening to avoid this and is almost a 2 handed effort at the apex of the zip corner. Robens Customer service very dismissive and not interested at all. Its a shame as a simple design change would remedy this a non issue

I was interested in bumps ruggedness so for 6 days I rolled this mat on the floor, bottom side up (silver) and
I walked on it during my work back and forth.
I'm happy to report that bumps retained shape. You can see cracks and seams on some of them (on the end edge with Rubens logo on it) but they retained shape and look good.
Also when mat is rolled open it sits flat and when you want to put it back together it packs very happily.
The only piece of criticism is the elastic loops that are used to hold mat folded when being transported. The sewing job on those elastic loops look poorly done, coming from someone who sews.
Bottom line, so far it looks good.

These days you think twice about ordering anything from the continent (customs & shipping delays, etc) but as I couldn’t find a UK stockist or supplier with anything that quite equalled the Lodge2 I bit the bullet. Needn’t have worried. It arrived in about a week.
