Lackluster results

The first photoshoot unfortunately didn't turn out optimal/as expected in my particular case, i got a partial refund due to this. None of the pictures were really outstanding imo.

Edit: Second photoshoot (with different parameters) turned out even way worse, not a single truly usable picture in there. I asked for a 80% refund due to this but they would only give me 50% off, had to file a dispute with the payment processor and got the rest of it back. Very dissapointing, there are way better AI headshot providers out there.

Manipulates user to invest work & time, then demands money.

No easily visible information that service is paid.
Website asking you to take a quiz, where your personal information are gathered; then you're asked to upload 10-20 photos and verify them. Once everything is done you're forced to pay if you want app to generate photos for you. Website is manipulating user to invest their time and share personal data, just to increase chances for sale. Unfair practice.

Great Resource... Forceful on feedback

I dont like how they force you into giving reviews. I either have to refresh the whole page (which will eventually lead to a popup to review) or just leave a review. Other than that, this platform has been very helpful so far. Gives clear instructions on how you can do things differently and better.
