Extraordinary customer service
While the product is really simple to install and use, what really brought me here was the customer service.
It is 2024 and after starting a chat on 9:30 PM, I immediately received a person on the other hand which in minutes responded that they will fix my own error and will send some parts after I have order a wrong version! In 2024 I got an actual person not a f***** chatbot. Really cool!!!
Many thanks for the customer service and the product itself is definitely worth the price.

Mounting was fairly easy
Mounting was fairly easy, I managed to mount and lock the pin after the first try. The only problem I had was that the bolts had different heads compared to the original ones, so I didn't have the right bit for the torque wrench, anyway, I visited the nearby shop, and everything was solved.

I purchased a Roadlock a few months ago…
I purchased a Roadlock a few months ago for my Desert X,since then I’ve had a couple of issues which have been sorted quickly and efficiently by Chris whom I’ve been dealing with.
Just wish every company I purchase from was as good as this one.
If anyone is thinking of buying a Roadlok you have no reason to be concerned,the product is far better than a disc lock and really well made.

Keep innovating
First and above all: I love the integrated lock on my Motorcycle.
I have mounted it on my BMW R1250GS. My insurance company accepts the quality as sufficient ASK4.
This being said, I think there is room for further innovation:
1. When unlocking, the breakbolt doesn't come out without 'turning' the wheel.
2. Is it possible to design the roadlock in such a way that it isn't necessary to remove the bolt.

1 you should provide installation instructions in different languages and not only in English
2 you should provide torque and specific spacer to be used for any kind of bike. On the list provided, I can not find Ducati Supersport.

Hi Bert, Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected. Both points have been conscious choices we made to combat wasting paper / cardboard. So instead of printing and adding the manual, we add a card with some basic information on the spacers and a link to the digital manual, which you can find here https://www.roadlok.eu/en/downloads-and-documentation
We do ship in the "brown box" (which is white in our case) to avoid putting a box in a box, adding filler materials, etc.
I hope you do enjoy our lock though!

Very useful product
Very useful product, my lock is always on my bike and I don't have to carry heavy things
The installation can be a bit tricky to find the right size of spacers, but once it's done, it's just a blast!

Looks good, works well.
Product looks good on bike. Works well, easy to operate, much better than the lock it replaces. Selecting the right version was easy. Shipped and received fast.
To get 5 stars:
Manual is outdated. For ex: the spacers are not stamped by size as it suggests. Chart with suggestions does not include newest bikes.
Surface finish of spacers lets rest of awesome product down. Anodized surface of main holder should be more resistant to scratches.
