I had my U.S. based 2025 E450 AT Wagon (X214) coded today to activate ILS+ — intelligent high beam assist. RJ Automotive was exactly on time for my appointment and explained everything that was happening with the coding as it happened. The entire process took about 20 minutes. They activated 2 of my previous cars as well, a W213 sedan and an S213 Wagon. They are very easy to work with and I highly recommend RJ Automotive.

These guys are amazing. In and out in about 20 minutes to activate digital lights on my ‘24 E350. It still amazes me how someone all the way in London can make that happen here in the US. You can’t go wrong with RJ.

I can’t thank RJ Automotive enough for fixing an issue with the instrument cluster on my 2018 Mercedes A Class. The screen died abruptly, and Mercedes were asking £280 just for a diagnostic, but they had no idea what the problem could be. I took it to a specialist Mercedes garage, but they couldn’t diagnose it either because they didn’t have the right cable.

I found RJ Automotive on Google and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue by sending me a remote diagnostic tool. They found that the CPU on the instrument cluster module had gone and sourced a new one, which they then sent out and coded to my car. After months of being off the road, they were able to get me back up and running.

The customer service at RJ Automotive was amazing and patient. I would highly recommend them to any Mercedes owners with electrical faults.

RJ retrofitted Distronic Pro, enabled automatic dashcam start and remember driving programme to my 2023 GLA facelift. Whole process took about 30 mins and was absolutely seamless, and car is working perfectly. Car is a lot less annoying now not having to start dashcam every time and select eco mode etc 😁😁. RJ were also very quick to answer all of my questions. Thanks Raj and RJ team for your A***** service. Will definitely use again.

Had Distronic Adaptive Cruise retrofitted to a 2026 GLE without flaw. Raj is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop was on the older side, so the service took a bit longer, but Raj was patient and even stuck around at the end to answer some other questions I had.

Quick to ship the OBD dongle. Very prompt and professional during the coding session, answering all my questions beforehand. Had RJ install Race/Drift Mode and ILS+ lighting on my US AMG CLE53. Install was fast and without any issues. Highly recommend.
