RJ Automotive & RJ Technologies Ltd Reviews

Fantastic service. Very pleased with the upgrades

Raj is amazing, knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. I don't trust anyone with my cars but I felt confident to let Raj connect in and basically take over my car.
The process of sending the dongle and then remote into your car is fantastic, very convenient and very efficient.
Raj is very helpful on messenger and guides you through every step of the process. He is very patient and efficient. I don't hesitate to recommend Raj for any MB coding work, he is absolutely top notch.
Absolutely recommended, really happy with the mod's done to my C43 and have just purchased a further set of mod's for my daughters A Class.
Thanks for a great experience.

The product I received was what I was told it was. An airbag for W177 AMG LINE. Well packed. And so far I haven't had any problems! Keep up the good work!

Service was good. Got what was promised.

Top man, friendly and great communication and job plus extras excellent .. highly recommended

Very prompt and professional. Activated the intelligent high beam with fog light feature. Coding took 15 minutes.

Raj is fantastic. Super helpful, and so knowledgeable. He fitted Distronic Pro for me with no hassle, and then diagnosed a problem with a sensor and recalibrated it for me. He also added a few coding extras that make my A-Class feel like a new car again. Wish I'd found him years ago.

They did a great job on my car and fixed errors another company made when they attempted to work on my car. Highly recommend RJ Automotive!

Excellent company, very knowledgeable, polite and the remote coding is impressive.

I had an adaptive cruise control retrofit for my 2020 gle350 in the US, it's working as expected—thumbs Up.

Great communication, fast dispatch of items and very helpful during all stages of the retrofit

Seamless and easy to communicate with. Plan on working with some more

I recently bought a C43 Estate 23 plate. It came without the Distronic Pro. I contacted the dealership who were as helpful as you could imagine.

I then contacted Raj on WhatsApp and within a week my car now has Distronic Pro. Before I set off, I even contacted one of the dealerships that he worked with. They spoke extremely highly of him.

While he was fitting the buttons, he mentioned that my car could do so much more so he helped me out with a couple of other bits, auto recording Dashcam etc. He also gave me loads of tips on the car. He did all this in an hour.

I was apprehensive about driving down to London for someone to mess about with my new car. My assumptions couldn’t be further from the truth. He fitted genuine Mercedes parts, then plugged his laptop in and told the car that the buttons were there. Absolutely no fiddling required with the brakes. You can see yourself a full demonstration on YouTube of how he fits the buttons.

It was totally worth the 3 hour drive from Buxton to London. Keep doing what you’re doing Raj!

I ordered the mbux high and dash cam.
The first contact was very good, and order shipped and received within a few day. Installation and coding was performed by a partner in Amsterdam. Everything went fine and works perfectly.

Always quick service. Always helpful and great coding products. This time i had to re code due to an update wiping it out. Decided to add another coding for exhaust. Thanks

Very pleased with the product and service. Polite, efficient and thorough - thoroughly recommend. New Distronic Pro works a treat!

Physical dongle was delivered from Europe promptly. Had to relocate my PC to the garage in order to make the physical dongle connection between my PC and the car. The process requires allowing remote access and control of your PC, which further requires blind trust in the integrity of the 'coder' who does the remote coding in real time. Whether or not the purchased mods withstand a future software stack upgrade/replacement from Mercedes remains to be seen. Overall though, a good experience and the promised mods were delivered as advertised. Be sure to delete the files related to remote access capability after the process is complete.

Punctual, polite and professional. My issue was solved within minutes.

The product shipped quickly. The coding session started on time and went very smoothly. Everything works just as promised. Great product and service.

Raj is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I had installation of Distronic adaptive cruise control for EQC 2023.

Everything is working fine.

Excellent customer service.
