The service I received was excellent..i purchased the nevis extra strong solid oak double bed and the life time guarantee attracted me.i spoke to jim and asked for a couple of amendments..higher headboard n wider top. Nothing was to much trouble and I would highly recommend firewood beds.. 10/10 quality n 10/10 service .

Solid bedframe, great service.
Fantastic service from Jim at Riverwood beds. Delivered in under the estimated time. Great communication and above all a really lovely bedframe. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
Very easy to put together with 2 of us. The Walnut wood is a really lovely rich warm colour which looks great in our pale bedroom. It is a very sturdy bedframe and we are very pleased with it.

excellent in every way
I would not hesitate to recommend Riverwood beds.
I ordered a super king walnut bed with mattress and pillows. I am very impressed with the build quality of the actual bed and the mattress is super comfy. I was a bit worried about ordering without seeing in the flesh or trying out the mattress but both frame and mattress have more than met my expectations. I expect that I will not need to replace for years, a case of getting what you pay for.
Jim was good at keeping in touch through all stages of the process and very amiable and pleasant to deal with.
Delivery was easy to sort and assembly easy too.
Great service, superb product. Jim is true craftsman
