River Valley has saved my butt so many times. The loan is expensive, but they let you pay off your loan early without any fees. The customer service agents have always been helpful and courteous. I’ve used River Valley for years, and I’ll continue using them in the future. Thank you River Valley.

These are fake reviews. This company is crazy deceptive. They charge you interest based on the original loan and not your balance so even if you owe 50 bucks you will be racking up insanely high interest every day. A 1000 loan will likely cost you in a ballpark of 7000.
In response to them reaching out, they did infact reach me and explained the predatory practice of structuring their loan just as I expected - the interest charged is based on the original loan, no matter how much you pay this down you are sinking fast contrary to what they said in their response below. Find money literally anywhere else or you will pay a fortune.

Our goal is to ensure that our customers are fully informed and equipped to make informed decisions regarding their borrowing needs, while also fostering a culture of transparency and trust in all our dealings.
We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of our no pre-payment penalty policy by paying off their loan early. Doing so will result in substantial savings on interest charges. Additionally, customers have the option to make additional payments towards the principal balance of the loan, which can help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We believe that these options provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over their finances.
