Dishonest

They automatically renew without consent and refuse to cancel, even if it’s the same day. If they truly cared about their customers, they wouldn’t trap people with forced renewals—especially for a product no one realistically consumes twice a day.

Didn't work for me, good customer service

Nothing like how it’s advertised. Does nothing at all.

Update (9/9/25): Their customer service reached out and has been very accommodating. It doesn't change my view of the product, but it's a satisfactory outcome and better customer service than you usually get these days. There's low risk in trying if you're curious.

Super dishonest and sneaky business practices. They automatically renew your last order , take the money and claimed you’re on a subscription which I guarantee I wasn’t and then it’s a super hassle to try and cancel it .
The product tasted like dirty water and worked pretty much the same , don’t waste your money .

Fraudulent transaction company

No product received and unable to track . They do send you several emails explaining delays and that they do not understand why they cannot track the product . I'm in Canada.. we have a pretty decent system here . Requested a refund to no avail as they say they have dispensed the product. I have had to report the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company as it has now been over a month. The company states they are very sorry but do not know why they cannot track the product and to date have done nothing to fix the situation. This smells like fraud as if they wanted my repeat business they would have refunded or aent via courier .

SCAM

I’m horrible customer service product never arrived after two weeks and multiple emails. Now I have to go through the bank to cancel and try and get my money back. It was $130 for two packs. Don’t waste your time or money!

Avoid !! Business practices is scam!

Automatic renew subscription is very bad system and like a scam especially for the first time customer. It’s totally misleading!!! When you place the order, there is no words which mentioned that you have signed up for monthly subscription. After you found out then it’s too late ! Contacting customer support is not helpful at all since you still Can’t get refund back due to that you already pass 30 days guarantee. Not satisfy with all of this!!! I don’t recommend their products to my friends anymore!

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. I contacted them as after 2 weeks of waiting my order still hadn't arrived.
I was advised that there was a mistake with the labeling and I was asked to confirm my address, even though they have delivered here before.
If I hadn't contacted when would they have reached out to me? My subscription will be cancelled.
It's a shame as their products are good.

The probiotic with menthol is a good product.
However, the hidden automatic subscription is just bad business
Canceling from the website is not easy. 2 months of unwanted product was sent to me after I canceled. Be sure to take screenshots.
If there is a class action lawsuit, count me in.

I have been using Ritual Synbiotic for about 6 months, it has been a game changer for me. I also recently started the HyaCera and feel as if I can already see differences in my skin.
