I have been a customer for years. So, with that history of experience, I have found several issues with the company. First, the freshness of the product can be seen visually. Darker vitamins are ol... See more

Scam website I placed an order for vitamins and was automatically signed up for subscription every month!!! No way to cancel it on the website!!! No customer service contact no phone number no email address. Had to cancel my credit card and now deal with all that nonsense. Our government should take action and close this fraudulent business today!

Dreadful experience. I ordered and paid for two leg supports from this company on November 16th last year. Several email enquiries to find out where my order was were not replied to. Received notification the product was “on the way on 10/12. A single leg support was eventually received on 27th December six weeks after ordering.

I have ordered from Ritual many times and have always had a good experience. The orders come on time, the products work, and subscriptions are as easy to cancel as they were to start.
My women multivitamins arrived expired- the color inside it BLACK! And customer service won't replace them for me.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Ordered 2 PAIRS of knee support leggings & only 1 pair arrived 5 weeks after placing the order. Was supposed to come with 3 free gifts which didn't arrive at all. Please don't waste your money it's just cheap shite you can buy on temu for pennies

I purchased this as a one off to try it but then it showed up the next month as well as a charge on my card. I emailed on 20/11/2025 to query why this had happened thinking it was an error and cancelled my "subscription" that I had never set up. I received an email confirming that they would cancel my "subscription" and all further orders on 21/11 and one from a different staff member with an internal link to "unsubscribe". The link sent me in circles, asking me to enter my email address which then takes me back to the homepage advertisement for the product. There is no way to cancel the subscription that I never set up in the first place. I have had to cancel my card at my own cost and set up a dispute claim in order to stop paying this company $107 per month. Do not risk it. *further additional comments in response to disingenuous reply from the Ritual Labs below. I know I only placed a one off order and was generous enough to give the company the benefit of the doubt that they had made an honest error. The doubling down of denial of accountability in the reply below confirms my original review that Ritual Labs are an unethical company who will scam their customers and then do anything to avoid accountability. I have already emailed and cancelled the order (see above 21/11) and was still charged the following month. I am yet to see a refund and have left the dispute in the capable hands of my bank. If you don’t want a bad review, don’t scam your customers and don’t ignore their cancellation requests, and don’t double down in a public forum to further show your dishonesty. You had your chance to make it right. The onus is not on the customer to continue wasting their valuable time chasing funds. Judging by other reviews, I am not the only person with this experience.

Supplements look pretty but just felt a bit scammed by them taking money on a subscription, you don't get notified when they are going to take the money and then after they've done it you can't cancel the order as they say it "ships quickly", however the money was taken from my account on a Friday for supplements I didn't need more of, were way more expensive than the first order (£100 for two supplements) and the order didn't get shipped until the following Wednesday. System is set up to encourage you to snooze orders rather than just allowing you to order one when you need it, it can all just get confusing if you don't remember all the dates they've been snoozed to. Cancelled my subscription, just be careful if you buy anything as you'll end up paying them loads if you're not very on it. They say they send reminder emails but they do not - the first email I got is an email saying we have confirmed your order. They should either warn people they're about to take the money for the next order or allow people to change it and get a refund. Gave up on the customer service chat as mostly talking to AI.

I'm so confused ahout these reviews. Honestly this company changed my life. I've been using the essential for women multivitamin for more than 6 months now. I was so desperate to find something good after my doctor basically said it's up to me to find a good supplement, they have no recommendations, after getting sick every single month, my immunity was plummeting. It took a bit of research and it felt like taking a huge leap of faith because they're not cheap but they put me back on my feet and i am eternally grateful they exist! Alongside eating better food, the fatigue is gone, my immunity is stronger than its ever been and I have to give a special mention for the flavoured options because i previously tried loads of other vitamins and supplements and i couldn't stomach them for more than a month, i'm very sensitive to smell and taste. I also love how transparent they are when it comes to the ingredients, all of these things have helped me choose and given me the confidence to try them and i have zero regrets. I'm currently trying out the Synbiotic+ as well to try and heal my gut and I'll come back in a couple months but honestly with the multivitamin i can't recommend it enough, they're worth every penny.
the worst customer service I'd ever seen!

Takes forever to ship. Taste isn’t that great and it turns slimey if you don’t drink it quickly. Doesn’t make you feel any different
. Complete rip off. Do not buy

I really wanted to like Ritual, but their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but the call would drop before anyone even answered. The only other option was to email them, and while I did get a couple of replies, they weren’t helpful at all. After that, they basically stopped responding and left me hanging.
It’s frustrating because I expected better communication and support from a company like this. I’m honestly not sure if the products are any good, but when there’s no real customer service behind them, it really takes away from the overall experience.
⚠️ Warning: If you’re thinking about ordering from Ritual, be cautious. Once you make a purchase, it’s very difficult to get any help or support if something goes wrong.

I have tried Quiet dose twice now, the first time I had one packet and didn’t feel anything. Second time I took 2 one right after the other and again didn’t feel any different. It is a scam. You’re paying a lot for powdered juice. Don’t waste your money.

I had ordered Ritual prenatal vitamins and then needed to cancel my subscription. Turns out, they didn’t verify the address because there was a typo in it, which clearly made it invalid, but they continued to charge me and send me my monthly subscription. I had thought I had cancelled it but clearly, the subscription was under an invalid account. I would have never known had I not be on customer service and waited for 6 HOURS. I’m surprised that Ritual doesn’t have the proper tools to make sure a simple email is valid.

SCAM! This is nothing else than a scam. Once you purchased one package, they'll send you every month a package and you have to pay for it, without that you choose for that. It took me so long to get rid of this "memebership/abonnement", I never choose! Also it has no benefits at all.

Reply from Ritual
This product had zero affect for me. More important, when you order it, they automatically sign you up with a subscription. You don't know this until the second shipment comes. Then there is no way in their website to cancel your "subscription". Be careful !
