Placed an order was charged twice and the email on there web site not a good one. I’m concerned

I bought toddler shoes and clothes to star for my business, I usually buy from a different supplier but since this site have so many good reviews I decided to give it a try, the shoes are the worst quality and the cloths never arrive, I never received a confirmation email but the money is out of my account. I wrote an email and the answer about the shoes is: “a toddler can wear it” and about the clothes “wait for a while” I do not recommend if they don’t give me an answer by this upcoming Tuesday I will ask my banco for help!

They don’t have stock and are impossible to deal with when trying to ask to open up stock items (it’s taken me days of communication to end in the same place!).

Be careful if you buy as the item could be out of stock next time you come to repurchase with hard communication.

Years ago it was ok - now the website is slow, they confusingly have 2 websites and they are so hard to communicate with.

I was going to purchase some items for a new store I a launching but I came over to "Trust Pilot" to check reviews and realize trustpilot isn't very accurate anymore. Riolio's reviews are all from customers with one review and listed as the United States. However you can read the comments and clearly see the word choices and way sentences are phrased, is not written by some in the US. Oh and search the users profile pics and it'll come up as a public photo used everywhere..Trust Pilot is not very useful in determining the legitimacy of a website if they allow people. associated with the company in question to place positive reviews..

I can not reccomend this company enough. There clothes are amazing quality and good prices. The customer service is amazing .Plus they are such nice people too . Honestly you won't be disappointed. Delivery is quick and shipping is reasonable prices to makesure your goods get to you safely. If you have been thinking off ordering do it you wont regret it

Let me just say the clothes are awesome material. The clothes are true to size.There are so many styles to choose from. I’m so happy I came across this company. I can’t wait to launch my daughters clothing line. Oh Shipping took 3 weeks!

Spent loads with Riolio, I use them to wholesale my stock for my shop. Leap of faith with my first order but loads of orders after and i'm still very happy, no problems. Highly recommend and would give more stars if I could!
