I had a deeply upsetting experience with this travel agency. I initially trusted them to help with my Schengen visa application, but the moment I had a simple request — to update my travel dates and ask about a new application form — the tone shifted dramatically.

Instead of support, I was met with verbal abuse, unprofessional voice notes, and deeply inappropriate personal comments. The representative asked me if I was jobless and even if I had a mental illness — completely unacceptable and degrading language.

When I requested something as basic as an official receipt (for the visa application fee I paid), he got extremely defensive and rude, and soon after called me a “nuisance” just for trying to get clarity.

The communication throughout was chaotic, aggressive, and completely lacking professionalism or customer care. I have voice notes and messages that reflect all of this and the name calling, which I am prepared to share if necessary, I will report to HMRC to the worst service I’ve ever received and all because of asking for basic service which I never got.

No paying client should be treated this way — especially someone just trying to travel responsibly with proper documentation. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this service. What should have been a simple process turned into a humiliating and stressful ordeal.

This is not how you treat people.

Good customer engagement

Unprofessional agent who is rude and vulgar. He will put pressure on you to make payment then delay to secure your appointment. He lacks customer service skills and does not respond to questions appropriately. I would not recommend, and if you chose to proceed I’d say BUYER BEWARE. I expect that he will respond to this giving a counter narrative of what occurred - similar to what he does for all the low reviews. But the truth is he rude and there is no value for money here.
