Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. We had received an item which had been damaged in the post and the Customer experience employee, Grit, was exceptional. After I had reported the damage, he was very quick on getting a replacement sent out.

Great variety of sanitary products
They have amazing collection of products. Service is customer friendly and they respond to the queries very quickly over emails and phone. Each and every doubts were cleared. Excellent CS, exclusive products
I found Riluxa because it was the only shop that had a 1,30m wide bathtub that I needed for my tiny bathroom renovation and wow, what a gorgeously looking bathtub.
Delivery took a long time but it was clearly communicated, they’re produced in batches in Italy and the demand was just too high. If you’re renovating in 2023 you know it’s the case for most materials anyway.
Delivery was good, the carrier even helped me put it where I needed it and it came in perfect condition.
Riluxa’s support channels are great, you always talk to a person and they even followed up asking if the installation went well and if I was satisfied. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
