Just received my bathtub
Just received my bathtub: the courier never called or informed me about the delivery (that was already late by 2 weeks), and just dropped the item in my building’s entrance! Truly a logistics just replied that they will try to contact the courier, but before next week no one could probably come to fix the issue and I’ve been left to deal with an abandoned bath tub and all the inconvenience causing to my neighbors, and not considering any potential damage or missing items that no one of course could have checked so far.
Worst (and least professional) logistic service ever seen, and I am working 20 years in oil&gas construction business with many international shipping companies. Cannot say anything about the item itself, will update once opened and installed (hopefully) to verify that it meets the é presumed quality.

We understand your frustration and have immediately checked the case with the transport company. As we work with third-party professional delivery companies, the information we have is based on their report. According to the information we received, the transporter communicated with the building concierge, who then contacted the recipient. Based on this communication, we were informed that the recipient gave his approval for the bathtub to be delivered to the corridor (rather than at the entrance, as per our normal terms), and so the transporter agreed to bring the bathtub inside the building. We have also shared with you the docket signed by the concierge.
If this information is not accurate, we deeply apologise for any miscommunication. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we look forward to your follow-up once the bathtub is opened and installed. Our goal is to ensure that you have an entirely successful installation and are satisfied with your purchase.
