If you look up the address for the company, it is a residential home. Giant red flag

EXTREMELY NARROW so even if you buy your correct size you can’t get your foot in them. THEY WILL. OT REFUND MORE THAN 30% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND. ON ETHEY HAVE YOUR MONEY U ARE SCREWED

The shoes were quite lovely. Well made and good leather. But what they don't tell you is they ship from China and take a month to arrive. And when they do, they are not in a box, they're wrapped in bubble wrap and the leather is crimped and misshapen due to poor protection. Finally, I ordered 2 pair in size 8. One was correctly sized and the other was 7.5 or smaller.

The shoe's I got fit perfectly. The color was a little off, I expected a more brownish color, like the picture and what I got was a light beige. Overall I love the shoes, I'm going to try to add a little bit of brown to the shoes , I hope they come out okay, wish me luck. It did take a while to get the shoes, didn't know they came from over seas, got a little worried that I wouldn't get them.

DO NOT PURCHASE shoes from this company. What I received was a lie. I thought I was getting 2 pair of soft leather sling back shoes. Instead I go too small shoes that are a cheap patent leather material. It is a huge disappointment. I definitely will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

I ordered and received shoes. They are very cheaply made with a very plastic look and they dont look like what I saw in the pictures. Just a warning for those interested in shoes. You may not receive exactly what you see in the photos.

After I received my order of shoes, I got an email to join their affiliation program. I joined and advertised on social medial their product but after few days the online dashboad showing "clicks"and "no of orders placed"
on "socialsnowball" stopped working. I contacted the socialsnowball, they said the company is no more on this plateform, please contact the brand. I sent emails but no response from Rileyriver so far.

HORRIBLE!!! Just received my order... I went to unbuckle it and the buckle broke COMPLETELY OFF! Returning this mess ASAP!

The shoes are well made, beautiful and comfortable!

UPDATE!!
The company finally did contact me and offered a 30% refund for the shoes however I explained that I ordered a size 9.5 and they were waaaaay too small and they did not offer a larger size. They issued an RMA immediately and refunded the original $120 (not $150 as I had previously stated).

I have been trying to return a pair of $150 shoes for over a month now. I have emailed and phoned customer service repeatedly without any return communication. They have a 30day return policy and I'm sure I'm over that period by now.

Beware.......

Their return policies are not clearly outlined on their website. They only offer 30% back when items are returned. And although I initiated my return within the 30 day time frame, because their return process involves back and forth emailing, they tried to say I had not requested the return in time (since after emailing back and forth for several days, the 30 day window was over).

Delivery took a long time. My shoes run small, will need to exchange for size.

They exceeded my expectations! Great quality, great look and so comfortable. I can be comfortable and look good! Yes!

I got the order promptly, the shoes look great , but they are not leather 😞

I wasn’t 100% happy with the quality of the shoe. I would give it a three out of five, but the Customer service has been great. There is a man named Justin who made the exchange streamline and was very courteous and prompt in responding to my concerns.

Beautiful shoes and extremely comfortable. I’ve had several ankle and foot surgeries and i feel totally comfortable in my new shoes. The leather is buttery soft!

1. There are lies when you order more than a certain amount per their website it should be delivered in 5-7 days but orders are definitely taking longer than forever to be delivered.
2. It is not the genuine leather as quoted on site.
3. If your foot is long or broad don't buy these shoes as you will end up hurting yourself with the worst sizing ever. If you will buy a size up it will be loose but still toes will end up in bad shape with those pointed styles. This has not happened with me in any other brands I wore so far unless it is really cheap.
4. Customer support is really the worst.
5. Don't forget their return policy is another scam. You will end up wasting your money.
I ordered 8.5 size shoes which are my usual or always size. Turned out to be really small and hurting. I reached out to support in a day or 2. I was informed their sizes are fine which is not the case if I compare with my current other brand shoes. Then I was asked no return of full money and I will need to pay the label to return which is alot to return to get my money back for first order with them I ended up getting full store credit so I ordered size up shoes and pair of glasses. Again delivery as they state to be 5-7 days took almost 3 weeks or more. I got my 2 pairs of shoes which are loose now but again pointed part is really the worst part. Also they never delivered the glasses I ordered.

Delivery took a while but it was worth the wait. I am enjoying the softest, supplest leather I have ever known. Perfecto!

It should be illegal to have a website that says based in Canada , when it’s really CHINA. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, RILEY RIVER! The products are not leather - very poor quality - smells like chemicals - the slides I purchased don’t even have a proper buckle so I can’t even wear them. I can’t believe I spent $200 on plastic shoes from CHINA 😡 Don’t make the same mistake I did. If something looks suspicious- come to this website first and read reviews. I wish I had!!
