It is the first time that I move and…

It is the first time that I move and the truth is that I was quite worried not knowing how things worked, but I must say that Right Moving behaved phenomenally with me. They were very aware of if I needed something or if I had questions about the move, and thanks to that I was able to relax much more. The day of the move everything was great and they were very professional. They also answered me quickly when I asked for a follow-up on how the van that was carrying my things was going. The truth is that I am very happy for having chosen them.

avoid / untrustworthy / liars

I used the company to move house abroad from the UK; at first, everything seemed nice, and the people were nice. However, unloading was very bad - drivers smelled of alcohol, boxes were placed upside down etc. Some furniture got badly damaged, we filled the insurance claim including proof of the damages (insurance was in the contract and included in the price).

After that, the director of the company sent multiple emails stating they will take legal actions against us, report us to Guardia Civil (it is military police in Spain), take us to court due to fraud etc., however we were never contacted by the insurance company nor reimbursed for the damages (now more than a month after the move).

We took your complain very seriously and I am more than confused that you chosen sort case this way.

Anyway:

1. You stated that our driver drink alcohol.

We investigate it very carefully - and we can confirm that, they drank beer... but non-alcoholic. We checked it very carefully and seen pictures of bottles, receipt from store. Due to that you provided incorrect information. We can confirm that they drank beer. But not contains any alcohol. No alcoholi beer is not alcohol so I believe that more comments is not necessary.

2. You reported damage table which was damaged on collection point.( scratched and used by years visible very clearly on evidence)

We warned you that claiming things already damaged is crime. and after this you attacked us.... And you accused me of ill-treatment. We are very sorry, but we cannot tolerate fraud.

Anyway we send this case to Insurance and now we still awaiting for Assesor's report.

I totally understand that this took a bit more than usually however your case is under review due to suspected of fraud.

I am really sorry if you feel that our email constain any harassing however I can only confirm that we simply informed you that this type of behaviour are illegal. Insurance is to cover losses during removal and claiming goods which was damaged before collection is simply not legal. Due to that your case must be forwarded to Authorities.

I recently used right moving to transport furniture abroad

I recently used right moving to transport furniture and personal goods to Spain. They are absolutely brilliant, so helpful, polite and extremely reliable. The whole procedure ran like clockwork, if you need to transport your belongings abroad please use right moving you will not be disappointed.

Extrmeley good and friendly company

Extrmeley good and friendly company. Nothing was too hard or too dificult. I was worried about my piano but they had special equipment and thay took less than few minutes and piano was on van.

Hi I use rightmoving to move from…

Hi I use rightmoving to move from London to madrid. And found the whole experience extremely positive. From Gabi in the office to the removal team who came on day. I would definitely recommend them to friends thanks.

Worst moving company in the world

Worst moving company in the world
I had problems from the moment i contracted them. They first asked me to make a long video of each room and said this would be sufficient to make an offer. I took a film of each room and sent it to them. I asked many times if all is clear. they said absolutely as I sent very detailed videos of each room. It was a 4 bedroom house. They first never delivered the boxes and claimed they were delivered and later said they went to someone else. I had to buy boxes myself. Then they came for a 220 sqm house with a tiny truck and one person. it was an absolute joke. I had a fixed contract and even for packing. I did almost half of the packing with someone else that I commissioned and paid on top. They did not do what they were contracted for.

I had to pay almost 3 times the amount agreed as they had to send 2 more tracks and If I did not pay it directly online they would not finish my move. They did not even take all and said the second day that if I don't pay another truck they wont take it.I really had it with them and unfortunately had used them to storage all as I was moving from London to Milan but only needed all man months later. I will write another post on the delivery after paying another 4 weeks an astronomical storage sum for being stored not in London, but Dorset. My next post will be about how they destroyed most of my items and some are not even delivered so that I had to sue them now. Everything they were supposed to pack was either not packed or so poorly that all got destroyed. This company should be out of business.They have bumped my belongings into their storage for 4 months and when they delivered to a storage in Milan they did not arrive at 8 am as agreed but one truck at 10, another at 12 and the third at 4 pm . Many inter were missing and most important xurntiruea dn artworks and others were not wrapped. Everything they had to warp they did not do or did not package it correctly. they deterred my artwork. furniture and even piano. and I am missing several valuable items and took then now to court. They must have made the reviews here from fiends accounts as the experience was so extremely bad that there is nov way this happened the first time. At 9 pm the Romanian, Bulgarian driver wanted to leave as they said they were not paid to take anything into my storage. I had actually paid to even install at a new apartment in Milan. I ended up renting a furniture apartment so that is why I had to get all into storage. The Bulgarian driver said his boss called him and said he has to drop some furniture as a truck broke of another moving company and was paid 50 euro when he had to bring one truck and upload al. The guys wanted to leave at 9 pm and leave me with my furniture all outside. I had to call the Polish owner of right moving who is an extremely rude and unprofessional guy. Only after a lot of convincing did they stay. I had so much furniture broken and damaged and the Secretay said not worry as her boss would replace all by the insurance. They told me that the insurance would cover 1 million when I asked how much and if my artwork would be covered. Later he said that I did not have an insurance for artwork. This is fraud. I will attach if possible images to show how they even deterred my piano and many items that were not packed or in any wau protected. I am waiting now for the court case > the time it took me is insane and as I said there was not one thing that went smooth. It was a shocking experience. If I can upload I will to see how nothing was protected or packed and all destroyed.

However, we can't agree with most of your points due to being untrue.

Especially important note that you've left 25 reviews on your Trustpilot so far. and only one is positive.. rest is your negative experiences... Is it really a problem with these companies, inc. us?

We are sorry if you feel that someone was rude, but I believe this accusation should be send to opposite side…

We will more than happy to respond for all your accusations.

1) Size of your removal
As you had 4 bedroom house we offered you straight away 2 x Luton Vans as this is average for this size of removal. We asked you also for video for confirmation and based on materials which we received we confirmed that 2 x vans will be totally enough. However, on video you did not show around 50 % of your goods and that was a reason why you need extra third Van. Please take our apologise but we cannot be responsible if you don’t show us everything. This is outlined in the quote and contract.

That is not true that you were forced to pay straight away as you paid in massive delays (and your explanation was due to sick which was not related as you were able to take an abroad trip) We had right to charge you for emergency storage, but we did not.

2) Accusation about boxes. You ordered your removal on Thursday for next Monday. We send boxes straight away by courier, but external courier delivered it by mistake to other address. That was not our fault, but of course we apologised and did everything we could over a weekend to help obtain boxes for you prior to the Monday collection. We also agreed to refund the amount you had spent from the shop we advised you to go to as no delivery was available. This was as a credit on your invoice.

3) Accusation to storage. We said from the beginning that our storage is in Poole, as this is our HQ. Also, you received 4 weeks free storage and rest of period was with price around 30 % cheaper than in London so your accusation that our price are astronomical are unfounded, which you also were quoted for and agreed. We had given you options.

4)Artworks. Our contract clearly stated that artworks are covered by our standard insurance and only by Premium insurance which is an additional charge. You did not pay for premium. Moreover, you have never declared any works of art. You only asked what the total of our insurance covered, which is 1 million for public liability and 50k per van for other part of cover. We had no lied or given false information and simply answered your question. This was the only questions we received from you surrounding insurance, no point did you mention to your removal advisor of what you wanted this cover for or declare any artwork that is outlined in the contract T&C.

5)Your claims – you stated in this message that we damaged your piano… I need remind you that the same piano, You report as “missing” in your claims. You reported many items as undelivered, but we have a proof that we delivered on time… Same with your “butterfly artworks” which you reported as lost for £ 45k and you found it after few hours and never apologised for not founded accusation.
Your claim contains missing goods which was delivered and proved by drivers, we asked you for additional information for insurance which you fail. Once more time we extended this time frame for you, but you also did not provided information, so insurance reject claim due to your negligence for providing evidence and contain unfounded claims like missing goods, which was correctly delivered.

6)You highlighted nationality of our workers – I need to inform you that all our employee works legal in UK. This kind of emphasis on their nationality seems to be racism, which we cannot tolerate.

Until now we didn't received any documents from Court as you stated, however on this occasion we are more than happy to meet with you in the Court and explain all of this facts.

From dirt track to dirt track - not a problem!

Moving from an isolated farmhouse in Lancashire to a remote villa in Southern Spain poses access challenges at both ends. Luckily I hired Rightmoving from a whole host of firms that sent me quotes. Undaunted, the team sent by super efficient Gabi and ever so responsive Mario fulfilled their mission with good humour and careful driving. My goods were collected on time and delivered on time by polite and hardworking teams. Back at base, advice given by Gabi on customs formalities proved invaluable and helped ensure a smooth passage through Europe. Would definitely recommend Right Moving for long distance moves.

Amazing service

Amazing service, they work super fast and get everything done. I will highlight that the people that did the moving did everything for us and sorted out every issue that came up (mostly from my end). If Gabrielle Day is in charge of your moving, you are in great hands, she is simply awesome. Cleared all my doubts, got the moving arranged in a record time.

One very happy customer!

Right from the initial quote, Right Moving were very efficient and professional. I found their quote incredibly reasonable and despite my constant worries about the whole process, everyone involved in my moving were very reassuring. They collected my belongings on time, and delivered them to me in Ireland on time. Should I ever move again ,(which I won't!), I would not hesitate to use their services.

I used Right Moving

I used Right Moving, moving from Berlin to London and can say that the service provided was very easy and smooth (despite Brexit changes!).
I was really happy with the delivery men and the vast majority of my stuff arrived in perfect order. I few glasses didn't make it, but that's always to be expected!

Right Moving took away the stress of my international removal!

I used Right Moving to assist me with my recent move from the UK to the Netherlands. I only found this company because someone in a facebook group recommended them. I couldn't be happier with this recommendation and I have no complaints about their service.
I was quite stressed about my international removal but the Right Moving team reassured me and communicated very well! The two guys that came to collect my stuff were on time, were very friendly and reassured me again. The delivery in the Netherlands the next day was also super easy. I sent them a text when I had checked in in my new rental apartment, and half an hour later they came to deliver. Everything went as planned, and they also knew perfectly what documents were needed for customs. This was all done for a price that couldn't be beaten by any other company in the UK. Five stars!

Professional, Friendly and very very efficient!

Oh Wow ! Mario and his staff are the politest and friendliest ever! So professional and went above and beyond to help me urgently today. Needed transportation of my elderly Mum’s belongings from storage to her new Nursing Home today and they stepped up and delivered it in under hour! Absolutely brilliant and will definitely ask Mario for his and his staff’s help again without hesitation. First class ! Many many thanks to them all! xx
