Excellent service
We had the pleasure of meeting David D today who was pleasant, polite and got the boiler fixed very quickly this morning. He was honest and told us the issue, had the part with him and managed to fix it with 30 mins of arriving and was even kind enough to put everything back under the sink. Would highly recommend, very rare to come across honest people!

I can't rate the excellent work of David D high enough! He has been to ours a few times lately to sort out our aging boiler/leaky radiator. He is very efficient and so tidy and respectful. He even asked how our daughter was doing as I had told him several months ago she had bad injuries from an accident. Ten out of ten!

I had Adam come over for a faulty boiler issue, knew exactly what the issue was and ordered the part. Came back in a few days and replaced it along with the motor for the hot/cold valve. Job was very professionally done in a short amount of time. A very knowledgeable, friendly and great guy. Highly recommended.

Had a 8am to 1pm boiler service booked.
No one came.
No one phoned.
I phoned after 1pm to be told that the service engineer was dealing with a gas leak seven to ten miles away (wouldn't say exactly where due to GDPR) and was delayed.
Fair enough in an emergency but now I have to wait another month for a convenient time for my boiler to be serviced.
I asked why there was no phone call and was told that others were being phoned (maybe I would have been) but that means that several people's appointments would all have been missed or delayed.
Not impressed when paying Scottish Power £3.50 a month.
Need to cancel/not renew and find a more local man to service my boiler.

Excellent follow-up repair work
Follow-up repair work had been identified as necessary during the April 4 visit by David D, parts had to be ordered. When David D returned and completed the work he did so with great attention to detail, checking that the system was fully functioning when he had finished. It was very helpful to have an engineer who is familiar with my heating system - and who has such a pleasant manner.

We had a problem with our CH after a small leak and Chris Goddard came to flush the system through.
It was not as straight forward as it should be but he was courteous, good humoured, easy to have all over the house and most of all good at his job and an optimist.
We were so pleased with the result and many thanks to everyone at Rightgas who I will not hesitate to recommend to friends in need.
Swift boiler resolution
Richard from Rightgas came to assess my boiler. I missed his 2 calls, plus the call from the office to say he's on his way (my smart watch did not buzz on my wrist!) He was very courteous and professional about it, as I greeted him accusingly with, 'you were meant to call me first'.
However, my drama aside, Richard reviewed the boiler, asked a couple of questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. The pressure on the boiler was constantly dropping due to a leak inside the boiler cylinder. This meant that up to 4x a week, I was having to turn up the pressure valve. This has been an ongoing problem.
Fortunately, Richard had the equipment to fix it and the whole process took approximately 20 minutes.
I apologised for the missed calls, Richard forgave me and I am a happier customer, as I can now go back to checking the valve pressure one, maybe twice a year.

Kevin arrived promptly, was extremely professional, fixed my valiant boiler. In no time at all I had hot water and central heating, to reassure me he waited until I was satisfied everything was working properly -Excellent service, over and beyond what was expected.
