I have recently made a purchase of the black breathable trainers,
Not only did I have to wait 8 weeks for them, when they did arrived they were the wrong size, Got in touch with customer service, who have ignored my request of return
So now I have a pair of trainers that cost £31 and I cant wear them

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago, it has yet to arrive. I have now asked 3 times in writing for a full refund, this has been completely ignored. I have asked to make a formal complaint and this has also been ignored.

I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to to write this review! I fell into the trap and ordered goods. After waiting an age for delivery I received wrong size/very poor quality goods. Certainly not as avertised!
Please.... anyone reading these reviews DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
How do they get away with the .CO.UK???

Supplied the wrong size but will not accept their mistake. I ordered UK5.5 ladies which on their site is claimed to be 24cm foot length. The internal length is only 22.5cm. But they are not honest enough to accept their mistake.
Advertised as orthopaedic correction, but are just cheaply and badly made rubbish with normal insoles and no orthopaedic support.

Wish I too had read the reviews. Shoes are not true to size and definitely not orthopaedic. Cheap and nasty. Don't buy.

Pity I didn't read reviews first sent me wrong size and colour I wrote to them which takes ages for them to get back to u they told me that no I would not be getting a refund or an exchange awaiting manager to get back to me please stay clear from this site

I will not use this company again and I feel foolish for buying something off them. The trainers don't fit me and are very poor quality, I paid £26.99 yet they will not allow me to return them or to get a refund. Also it took 60 days for them to get to me. I am very angry and annoyed at myself. They actually suggested in their email that I give the trainers to someone else!

SCAM SCAM SCAM This is the biggest scam so called company I have ever come across, firstly they say there a UK 🇬🇧 company yet u order and it takes months to come , its coming from China, they advertise orthopedic shoes which most definitely are NOT, little plastic cheap shoes that have no orthopedic benefits that are actually a danger to any one who would try wear them.... There are no trading standards the DO NOT conform to sample , they are not as described, they are NOT fit for purpose, there aftercare is sending the same message over and over , they will not deal with you, they will not exchange an item if its the wrong size , they will not help you in any way , they are a scam company that need to be shut down .... minus 15 stars is what ye deserve

Thank God I read the reviews. I was going to order some trainers, seen the trainers on facebook, but as I didn't know if this company, thought I would checkout the reviews before I bought.
No way am I ordering from them and I hope other people don't either.

Worst online shopping experience. Late delivery tax added without notification. Wrong size sent. Returns impossible.

I ordered some orthopaedic trainers from rightbeside.co UK. I ordered a bigger size to what I usually have and still could not get my foot into them. There sizes are incorrect plus on there site they have two chart sizes and are both different. I have asked for a refund and they said they will not be refunding I am disgusted the way they treat there customers. I didnt even want to give them a star but had too to carry on with review. I advise people to stay away from this company. Also I had to pay extra which did not say when I ordered. Plus paid for fast shipping that is a joke. I am in dispute with them still. BAD COMPANY DO NOT ORDER

This company has zero customer service. I ordered a pair of trainers and waited at least six weeks to receive them, the shipping info was in Chinese with no option to translate. When I eventually received my order they only vaguely resembled what I ordered, there was no laces and the quality was really poor also the sizes were way off (by at least 2 sizes). When I requested a larger size as these were of no use to me, I was point blank refused! Please do not order from this company.

Shocking company. Actually Chinese. Take more money than order. Shoes are cheap rubbish. Sizing is way off and they won’t take returns. After a papal dispute they have asked me to return goods to China. Do not buy from them!

Ordered from this 'UK based'!!! Company on the 10th of February and am still waiting. No tracking system even though they give you a code. I doubt I'll receive my order :(

Only gave 1 star because there was no option for zero. Please do not use this company, I waited 6 weeks for my shoes which are the wrong size, customer service is no existent, kept being sent a link to the tracking which was in Chinese then finally got tracking that showed my order was on a plane in Hong Kong, 3 weeks they shoes were on that plane, seems the plane never left the airport for 3 weeks, the money they take isn't the price on your order, I'm assuming it's the currency conversion rates, even though they claim to have a UK office. I have asked to exchange the shoes for the correct size even though the shoes themselves are a peace of crap, I fear I will just have to put this down to an expensive lesson learned and give the shoes to charity

I ordered a pair of size 5 orthopedic trainers on 28th February. Received order confirmation around 10th March and a despatch notice email 15th March. The tracking link issued to me on the despatch notice email never worked and stated 'no item found'. I queried this though support who sent me the exact same link which still did not work. When I told them, they resent the same link and a screenshot confirming the date the item was despatched (15th March). I have contacted them today, 26th March, requesting cancellation of my order and a refund as I am not happy with their service - my request was denied. Ironically, the item has just been delivered, mid-day 26th March, and the shoe size is european 37 = UK size 4.

This company has unacceptable customer satisfaction/complaint systems and ought to be shutdown. My order was placed on behalf of my mum who simply sent me a link to their website and the size shoe she required. I'll make sure to check reviews next time! Its a shame that there are companies out there like this when so many small and/or local businesses are actually trying their best and providing a good level of service. Companies like this almost make you want to shop at mainstream stores!

Please be warned and do not use this company as their shoe sizes are incorrect and they add on hidden charges and will not exchange or refund. Their customer service is absolutely shocking.

SAME ISSUE as many of the bad reviews on here. You order a UK size and weeks later finally you receive your trainers 2 sizes to small. They then tell you that you ordered wrong size and did you check their size chart? So apparently size 4 is EUR 35. Weird that I have been a size 4/EUR 37 all my adult life. Their size chart is completely inaccurate and when you are given the option to order a UK size, why would you need to check? Customer service appalling! Refuse to offer refund or even exchange. By the way, although the trainers look nice, the quality is poor so please do not bother!

I placed an order on 24th January 2021, I was charged £5.40 as a tax charge. I cancelled immediately, but they said it was too late as the order had already gone to the warehouse. I got them to eventually say they would refund the tax, but I still have not received it and they no longer answer my emails. I paid through paypal but was unable to get a refund.
