Do not touch right besides they are scammers. Endless excuses for nearly a year now. Threatened them with sales of goods act but to no prevail.
Still received no top which I have already paid for. I wouldn't even give them one star. Have kept all emails. Please put out on all media accounts. They are really bad.

This should be no stars , this company are nothing but scammers . I never received my trainers and 4 months later still no refund even after I have emailed them numerous times now they are ignoring my emails , I wish I had read the reveiws before I parted with my money .

Bought trainers from this company only to find they overcharged me by £5. Many emails later and still not resolved. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

from this company I ordered shoes on 26/4 and still no shoes by beginning July I contacted them via email and was told the shoes had been returned and I was getting charged £10!! For transit costs They are an absolute JOKE!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered trainers on the 8th of April and they arrived 10 weeks later.
Extremely poor quality and soles of trainer pure plastic. I ordered size 6 and they were not even size 5 and no sizing marked on them. I will never ever order from this company again 😡😡

I purchased a pair of runners, they took weeks to arrive and I got not satisfaction from the website when I tried to see what the delay was.
The runners eventually arrived. The quality is appalling. The front of the runner is coming apart and the sole of one of them is also coming off.
My dealings with this company and the customer service and quality of goods is the worst I have ever experienced.
I would suggest saving your money and spending elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. I have just read the reviews and they all reflect the numerous nonsensical replies I have received. I ordered size 5uk (=38 on Google etc.) and received size 37 (=4uk).
Replies ranged from I ordered the incorrect size, received the correct size to to "Thanks for your email.
Maybe you could give them to your family to wear"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. Scammers who won't conform to UK legislation even they trade under CO.UK! I have a lot of swear words in my head right now!! Horrendous company. Ordered a pair a size bigger and still wayyyy too small. Won't do an exchange or refund. Keep telling me over and over again that i received right size... NOT the right size as a lot smaller than described. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. 🤬🤬🤬 I'm so angry!

I have to agree with all of the people on this forum, right beside are a scam company, don’t buy from them, they will not refund you.
My wife bought a pair of orthopaedic corrector lightweight sneakers from them and when they arrived the size was too small and the quality was rubbish.
After emails between us and them, no chance of returning the shoes.

This is a huge scam. The company lets you buys clothes, shoes etc but you are not allowed to return them. We bought 2 pairs of shoes to check sizes but cannot return either pair. This is totally illegal in the UK under the remote purchases laws. You will lose your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . Purchased a pair of shoes waited 6 weeks . Finally got them after lots of emails sent asking for refund. When they turned up the quality rubbish an are too wide around my foot. So asked for return details , only to get email saying I cannot return them as they sent the size I ordered. So sent pictures showing them they are TOO BIG. . But they will not let me get refund. Disgusting. 😡😡

Two pairs of boots purchased and not as they have been advertised just cheap nasty fakes - i spent weeks emailing asking for a return/refund ..but refused, which is a breach of so many Distance selling legislation - So I have now escalated a pay pal dispute against them .....

Reading these poor reviews, I can see that same thing is happening to me at this moment. I ordedered size 5.5 & size 5 has been sent to me. They are prevaricating!

No words, except - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF Chinese company. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for weeks, and now they have stopped communicating with me at all.

Similar scenario to most people on this site - kept seeing the advert for orthopaedic, lightweight, corrector, breathable, running shoes.

Weeks after ordering, from what I believed to be a UK company, they arrived, size 5, as I ordered, but far too small and awful quality. Eventually, several emails later they told me it was a Chinese size 5. The order was correct. No exchange, no refund. Customer service appalling.

And then - to add insult to injury - a pair of sandals I ordered arrived weeks later - same company as I found out when the arrived (different name but same "Thank you" card in it). They fitted me but the quality is atrocious. Lesson learnt - always check Trust Pilot before buying anything!!!

So disappointed - I could have bought a good pair of shoes with the money I threw away at this despicable company.

I wished I had checked on Trustpilot before I ordered some orthopedic trainers from this company. The correct size arrived after waiting 4 weeks. Unfortunately, they were not as described. The memory foam was nonexistent with no support inside to aid my suffering feet with plantar fasciitis. I made contact with the company for a full refund as I wasn't satisfied with the quality only to be offered $4 in a way of compensation. I paid in sterling to add insult to injury.
I made contact through PayPal and was offered a full refund if I returned the trainers to CHINA. They refused to pay £16 postal fee. I am unable to take the claim further with PayPal as I have received the original amount back so they have now closed the complaint. NOT HAPPY! I will be slating this company on FaceBook where I originally saw the advert.

Like others on here I was sent the wrong size and overcharged despite the correct price being stated on my invoice, and was surprised that the package arrived from China when the website had a UK name. Hopeless trying to get anything from "Customer Services". There are clearly minions answering this service who have poor English and a list of stock answers.

Rightbeside are scammers. I ordered a pair of ‘orthopaedic trainers’ via an ad on Facebook. They took 6 weeks to arrive from China, not UK, sent a size too small and charged extra for shipping making them £33.58. I immediately contacted customer support and was told that I received the correct item so am not entitled to a refund or an exchange, I replied yes the correct item wrong size,please send me the correct size and I will return, they said I am not entitled to a refund or exchange. Absolute cowboys I am taking this further. They deserve ZERO stars

absolutely awful experience. my mum ordered a pair of shoes from this website but when they showed up they were too small for her and the company are flat out refusing to help us swap them for another size or even help at all. i wouldn’t order from them again at all.
