I had a very good video consultation with Jordan there was no pressure to sign offered us a quick turnaround before we went on holiday, customer service also made sure we got all our paperwork before we went on holiday, very pleased with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the team

NRG came and installed my solar panels
NRG came and installed my solar panels, from the initial meeting with there advisor through to installation I couldn't fault them. The whole process took under two weeks, the installers did the job quickly and efficiently leaving the place clean, I highly recommend this company.

Installation
Unfortunately I have had to alter this review. I was advised by installer they would return once the scaffolding has been removed to tidy up the trailing wires from the panels. The scaffolding came down 13/05 and now it’s 09/06 and still no one has turned up to tidy up the wires.

Beware of hiden fees
Please beware of cancellation and re-schedules fees which they do not communicate at first contact to book appointment. When changed my mind about getting the product I was questioned intensively and had to provide reason etc.
The sales person however was very knowledgeable and friendly.

worst company ever, DNO wasn’t competed at the time of installation in which they need my signature for so the certificate was fraudulent, nobody contacts you once they have received money leaving you blind. I’m not sure where any of these good reviews have come from the the only good thing was the sales rep who came out to me
