Very good service, and an excellent light. Easy to use and really clear light.

SHOCKINGLY BAD - DO NOT USE.

So I bought one of these laser beam rear lights, looked good out of the box, charged it up - but the lasers conked out after 1 ride in dry overcast summer daylight riding conditions - what a joke! Furthermore upon contacting Ridr via email about it I didn’t hear back for 1-2 weeks after politely explaining the problem and asking to return it for a replacement (I now imagine it’s just a couple of part time lads in a leased room in the middle of nowhere in East London to keep overheads low as a small independent hence they don’t reply to customer service emails for days/weeks on end) - anyway I randomly get a reply a fortnight ago - no apology for the delayed random reply, just said send it back to us and we’ll replace it and he gave me the address - literally like he saw my email one day and quickly felt he could be bothered to bash out a one line reply en route to the pub! so I return it via Royal Mail signed for first class with a typed up letter confirming the order number and my details etc. - 7 days later it gets returned to me with a Royal Mail sticker on the parcel saying “undeliverable as recipient is away/not at address” - so I’m now stuck with the light again and after emailing them again about the above saga over this last week TWICE, have still heard nothing………SHOCKINGLY BAD. My advice is don’t bother with these tin pot jokers and spend your money on an established brand of light eg Lezyne who’s lights are miles better anyway AND you can buy from bigger retailers like Sigma or Evans who will sort any problems out straightaway - I spend a few grand on cycle gear annually but have always used major retailers - thought I’d try a small independent for this light but the non existent customer service I’ve experienced means I’ll never use tin pot independents again - stick to the major retailers - small independents don’t deserve their chance with crap products and non existent customer service like I’ve experienced with Ridr

By far the best rear light I own. Great multiple functions, easy charging and good battery life. Most importantly shows other road uses the areas they shouldn't be in!

I've had this light just a few weeks and it has served its purpose above & beyond my expectations. Nighttime commuter life is hazardous but I know I'll be seen. Love the compactness & dual function. Look forward to a BRIGHT headlamp & other options. Thanx.

Really impressed with Ridr lights, sleek, robust, easy to charge and easy to fit.
Was looking for new lights both for my bike and my son’s, wanted something that would provide more visibility as we live in a rural area without street lights and often cars speed so visibility is paramount. As I say we are so impressed with Ridr lights.

Very satisfied with the light so far: only used it on a few rides untill now, but I feel much more visible on the small country roads that I take on my commute by bike.
It's easy to attach to your bike (and not too much hassle to take off) and there's no more running into empty batteries thanks to the USB recharging (I only wish the cable which was included was a little bit longer).

Excellent product. One of a kind read light that works exactly as indicated. The different individual settings allow for a variety of combinations tailored to my needs. Maximal visibility in a light weight light.

This is my go to bike light. Easy to take off and charge at home. The lights themselves are bright and I feel like I'm very visible in traffic. Would definitely recommend

I stumbled on their Facebook page and, being a big bike fan, I got really curious about their laser light, which I had never seen before. Communication with customer service was easy, product was delivered on time (Italy). I've been trying the lights for a couple of weeks now and I'm super happy about how visible they are at night. The battery is robust as well. Highly recommend.
