J’ai commandé un DvD pour navigation Ford fiesta 2014, et comme je me suis trompé ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser, ils fond la sourde oreille comme on dit. Très déçu de leur part

option "envoi rapide" inutile et faux CD
Commandé en urgence 8 jours avant mon voyage en Allemagne, j'ai payé la surtaxe "livraison en 1-3 jours" pour être sûr de le recevoir avant mon départ.
Las, je suis parti sans et je l'ai trouvé dans ma boite aux lettres à mon retour, dans un emballage pas très pro (boitier plastique extra-plat basique); j'ai l'impression de l'avoir acheté sur un site de revente d'occasions. Aucun suivi de l'envoi, aucune info disponible pour savoir où se trouve ma commande... Bon, encore heureux, il fonctionne, mais je n'ai pas prévu de retourner de si tôt en Allemagne.
Au pire, il pourra toujours effrayer les oiseaux dans mon cerisier...
Mise à jour 15.10.2025; j'ai pu faire un petit tour en Allemagne, résultat : rien sur le CD à part les autoroutes, je me suis fait refiler un CD voies principales d'Europe (et encore je ne l'ai pas essayé en France) au lieu de la cartographie allemande... Arnaque totale !
