Best customer service and top quality products

First, I was very sad that ridestore dont do delivery to Slovakia. I wanted DOPE Jacket so hard, so I decided to order from Poland, because I live close the polish border. And that was a perfect decission! Whole Polish team was really helpful, answer every my question very fast and all of them were kind to me. I also return one product and there was absolutly no problem with return too, everything went well.
I wanna order pants one day, so I will again order it from Poland.
Thank you guys very much! Jacket is perfect, I love it! The quality is very high and I will deffinetly order more DOPE products!
And once more, I am very thankfull to Polish team - Marta, Asia, Joana and Michal!

The last I heard Northern Ireland was still part of the UK and having tried to order some items was asked to put in a UK postcode - which I DID !!!!! .....alas, said items cannot be delivered !!!!! What are the reasons for not delivering to part of the UK ????????

Couldn't be happier with the entire experience shopping with Ridestore. From finding them on Google, browsing the site, choosing a size and purchasing, it couldn't have been simpler.

The quality of the skiwear is excellent! I'm really happy with the fit and materials used - really feels like they're going to last.

Furthermore, when I returned a couple of jackets (I wanted to try on different styles), they offered to refund me even before they'd received the goods back to the warehouse. Will 100% shop with them for all my skiing needs from now on.

Delivery incredibly quick, considering it was coming from Sweden. The quality of the items matches the cost. The products I received matched with the description on the website. Photos as well, are very clear and reflect at best the real item. The sunglasses in particular were impressive - not an expert here - but driving with the winter sun right on my face, they made a huge difference. The team also very polite and friendly, reaching out after I received my items - really appreciated this. Definitely buy again future winter clothing.

I had a product which was slightly faulty and they dealt with this exceptionally well. Good customer service and offered to refund/ provide a new jacket or give a voucher code. Great customer service even when I hadn't emailed back to exchange my product over 18 months later they still honoured the original offer.

The best website, coolest ski gear and best customer service. It’s impossible to find cool ski gear on other websites. I ordered slightly smaller than I normally would, going for XS(I’m normally a small. I’m 5ft 3, athletic build, slim).
The jacket is gorgeous, as are the pants and hoodie. Would definitely use again!

Ride store is good, but now when i go in to the app it kicks me out. Can you fix it

I ordered a Montec waterproof jacket from Ridestore (Finland). The jacket is almost exactly what I was looking for. I’m not snowboarding, but rather dog walking. I wanted a waterproof, lined shell which I could wear layers under, preferably with many pockets (for dog treats, poo bags, dog whistle, etc. etc. etc.). The jacket will probably be warmer than I want in spring, but has been perfect for late autumn and winter walking. I’ve used in both rain and snow and it is keeping me dry. The sizing is a bit different from other jackets I’ve used, but their size finder did actually recommend the right size. The order was processed quickly and efficiently, nicely packaged, came promptly within the expected delivery time. Hopefully won’t need another jacket for a while, but would definitely buy from them again.

Great item and excellent customer service. When my original parcel was stolen by an UPS courier Ridestore quickly amended the issue and sent a replacement one straight away. Very professional and easy to contact! :)

I am so disappointed that Ridestore doesn't ship to Ireland anymore 😞 I was always buying from you and this year it is not possible anymore. Why???

These guys are honestly great. I ordered pants, a jacket, a beanie, a mask and gloves from them and they all arrived within 3 days. There was an issue with one of the zippers on the jacket so I contacted their customer support via Facebook. The customer service team is really friendly and the issue got solved really fast. They shipped out a new jacket the same day that I contacted them about the issue and it arrived within 2 days. I am definitely ordering from them again.
