First time I tried renting a motorcycle and I was a little anxious about renting one in a country I had never been. Riderly made it easy. Got hooked up with Soulful Bikes in Faro, Portugal and had a great experience.

When renting a bike you couldn’t really ask for much more. Lucas and Carlos dealt with everything seamlessly and any necessary communication was prompt and informative. Top guys and a great company. Will definitely use them again in the future….

If there is something that shows the difference between an excellent company and the rest, is when troubles appear. Believe me when I say Riderly is one of the companies you want to be involved with when problems invade your happy trip.

I leave below my experience with Riderly:

My nightmare started when I rented a motorbike around Toscana in Italy and I lost the keys. As every renting service, I had to leave a deposit, in this case 500€, to the company I rented the motorbike. When I came back to the local renting business to claim the rest of the deposit, they said the only way to return the deposit is altogether at the same time and, to be able to receive the money, I should pay the cost of the keys or the reparation of it. My problem was that this 500€ deposit was all the money I had to continue my trip around Italy. The local business insisted that this was the only way to do it, I had to pay first the reparation, or otherwise, I would not receive the deposit, so the journey become a nightmare for me. I couldn’t pay for the keys or the reparation and I couldn’t continue my trip either.

So, I decided to contact Riderly. After contacting them, someone contacted me immediately showing interest in helping me in that situation. After a few conversations with the local renting business and myself, finally Riderly paid the reparation to the local business, making it possible that my trip could continue around Italy.

Riderly, thank you with all my heart for being able to turn this horrible nightmare into just an anecdote to remember. As I said before, thank you, Carlos.

Nice job riderly! Very good and quick communication. The rental place Turuncu motors in Istanbul is friendly and helpful, the bikes are in good condition.

The experience was very good, the bike worked out really well and it was really easy to pick up the bike and to return it to the local rental. Ive had some questions about the license and the team was very helpful with their response.

When I found Riderly i was skeptic about their ability to assist me in my unique need, i couldn't be more far away from the truth.

Carlos and the Riderly team escort me all the way to a perfect rental experience and outstanding motorcycle vacation - I can't wait for the next opportunity to plan a vacation with them.

We rented 50 cc motorbikes in Zakynthos Greece in June 2022. We arrived via cruise ship and to save time, we arranged to have the motorbikes delivered to the port. We were given a phone number of the person we were to meet at the port. We called and he met us there. Please figure on up to 30 minutes to get the contract completed and signed, balance payment made, and to review motorbike operations. We were given maps and off we went! Zakynthos is a great place for motorbikes, but lots of hairpin turns that require care as roads can be oil slick slippery in some locations. Helmets were required. Contrary to what we were told at booking, a USA driver's license we learned is not sufficient and that an international license is required, but somehow we were allowed to ride them - probably to honor the booking. T booking I had several inquiries and Riderly responded in a timely manner to each one. I would work with them again. If I may suggest any improvement, it would be to clarify the riding requirements for the motorbikes.

I have booked a motorbike at Riderly for my holidays and I am very impressed by the level of support and the care for the customer.
I can totally recommend Riderly to everybody, who is looking to rent a motorbike.

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

I had seen this company while searching for a motorbike. At first, it seemed too good to be true: fair prices, many offers during a holiday where everywhere else was fully booked.

Long story short: I had some complications during the travel and they were there for me. Not the usual automatic "we will do what we can". They literally take the extra mile to assist you the best possible way. I have not seen many companies like that (in fact, I can say that I had never received such a human and personal assistance).

I was surprised by their service and definitely will choose their service on a next trip.

Reviews have lost some credibility, I think, because we all know they can be arranged and manipulated in a number of ways. Nonetheless, I'll tell you that my experience with Riderly was first rate. When I was shopping for a motorcycle rental company in Europe (there are many) I stumbled onto Riderly in a chat threat. Long story short, I went with them over companies I had been in touch with earlier. When I emailed questions, they responded with a phone call, who does that? And they kept every promise they made. The local providers were excellent. I rode 3500 kms around Spain without a hitch. When I wanted to return the bike a week early because of a change in my plans, Riderly helped me settle matters with the local provider in a way that was fair to both sides. Motorcycle rentals cost money. Often you're far from home and away from your first language. You want someone to have your back. Riderly did that for me.

Great customer service, helped me after I made a mistake of not researching the requirements of the vehicle and refunded me my money as otherwise I would be stuck in Greece begging for 5€ to get back to the airport

Riderly‘s service is going above and beyond - I can fully recommend their service.
After I had troubles finding the rental shop in Carvoeiro/Portugal (adress was misleading), my contact Lucas not only guided me there via phone and helped me find it, he even reached out after the rental period to check if everything had been ok and if I have had a good time with the scooter...where do you still find that nowadays?
I would give more than 5 stars if I could - thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work...
