Had a warranty issue on a scooter I bought from Costco. But instead of returning it, I went into the chat/help and talked to Jonas Lavares. After some back and forth, we were able to get the problem solved to my satisfaction. Hopefully I'll have a replacement scooter in 3-5 days.

my son got as a birthday gifts and absolutely LOVES IT! well it just broke so i got ahold of Jetson and they were AMAZING! even though the warrenty ran out they STILL replaced the bike! i’m more then satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anyone! THANKS AGAINNJETSON!

Was attracted to the price, and the knowledge of everyone from salesperson, office personnel, to technicians/installers. Aakash answered my many questions, Paige helped us through the hoops of applying for rebates and the 3 installers came and hauled out old furnace and installed the heat pump in one day! They were very professional, courteous and friendly and they left our 80+ year old house and surrounds clean and tidy. Highly recommend this business.

I would like to thank Rose Irea & the team at Jetson for restoring happiness back into my granddaughters life. My granddaughter e bike had broken and her grandmother purchased it for her but to get a ticket we needed proof of purchase but my granddaughters grandmother had passed away. Rose and I communicated for weeks to resolve this unruly demise only to come up with a great outcome of having the E bike replaced. we shipped the old broken bike back and in return we will soon have a new one and it will restore the joy and happiness back into my granddaughter‘s life. The return process was a nightmare. The pricing on the site is higher than that of retailers, Walmart Plasma X. Compare the prices. They are out of stock or were, depending on when you read this, so they only offer a credit for the store. They only replace the unit or the purchase price. Not my fault they didn't have it in stock or couldn't tell me when it was coming in. I was trying to get a different, but cheaper than the replacement board that they couldn't give me an in-stock date on. I ended up having to shell out extra just to replace their broken board. The replacement I got didn't work straight out of the box, wouldn't power on, or charge. They did just go ahead and process this, though. The replacement they tried to offer instead of in-store credit was an even lower model. That's just a slap in the face. On my first board the edge cracked right off the second has major issues with calibration and movement it spazzes for no reason. That was the one when the pricing return craziness happened. If it shows it's cheaper on your site, why would you offer me a lesser unit instead of the better one that was cheaper? It looks bad when, instead of trying to equal or upgrade for their product, they attempt to downgrade it. The customer isn't always right, but the math doesn't lie.

I contacted Jetson customer service for help with product registration after purchasing their Axle X electric bike, and their support team was quickly able to get the product registered for me!
The product itself is of great quality as far as I've been able to discern, and while there seems to be some gaps in design, they're well worth overlooking given the cost-effectiveness of the bikes. Do some product research before your purchase, and you'll be well satisfied with Jetson's end of the bargain.

My ebike suddenly wouldn't start. After attempting to contact Jetson on their chatline, I had no success. After emailing Jetson, I received a few replies but nothing conducive to resolving my problem occured. After much frustration, I somehow located the phone number for Jetson. Thank goodness. I spoke to Rose Masayon who remedied the situation in no time. I am very satisfied with the result Ms Masayon and Jetson provided. I will continue to use Jetson products solely based on my experience with the customer support number and Ms Masayon.

Ok I bought my nephew a Jetson Lyra Hoverboard from Walmart worked great for week and then even after recalibrating still had issues well walmart refused to do an exchange or refund for it and told me I had to get a hold of manufacturers..I tried the website first to submit a claim and it kept taking me to same page...finally I found them on Facebook and messaged them and got a response right away and they have shipped us a new one as replacement and it was super easy smooth no hassle to deal with. Just sent em reciept and description of what was happening and they took care of it. Super happy because Walmart was really hitting a nerve because they're supposed to honor it even if it has warranty and you have 30 days to return product. But super happy with how quickly and efficiently they helped resolve our issue.
