If I could leave 0 stars I would. Purchased a Jetson horizon X electric dirtbike. Retails for 400 dollars. Worked less that a year. Was properly stored and charged. But will no longer charge or turn out. And they offer at 10% discount code.. don’t buy any of their products waste of money with thier 90 day warranty

The Go-Kart i received began having a loud noise coming from the right rear wheel about 10 minutes after using it. I went through the steps with Jonas Lavares to find out the problem. Finally after many attempts to solve the issue it was determined by Mr. Lavares to issue me a full replacement. I would like to say Mr. Lavares was very easy and fair to work with!
I appreciate him responding in a timely manner as we communicated through e-mail!

The bar at the base that connects the pole the handlebars are on broke, and I contacted Jetson and spoke with Marvin Seva. Marvin was extremely helpful and quickly emailed me with what I needed to submit to get a replacement scooter for my grandson.

It seems we got a defective unit. Out of the box the button was stuck down on the one wheel balance board we got. I got on with customer service and they already have a new one on the way to our house. They were so helpful and gave me a few troubleshooting tips before they decided it was defective and needed to send a replacement. These guys are on top of it!

Jetson was very quick to respond by email. I had a scooter with an apparent battery problem. Went through the obvious attempts to fix, such as resetting the power, etc. When that didn't fix it, they verified my proof of purchase, then immediately authorized a replacement scooter. My particular scooter wasn't in stock, so they offered me an upgraded scooter. Great customer service.
