Absolutely terrible experience with Riddermark Bil! I bought a car from them, and initially, the sales guy, Philip, was warm and welcoming—always answering my calls, eager to sell me the car. He even promised me the best price in the market when I wanted to resell the car. Well, that turned out to be a complete lie. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell the car in a short span, and that’s when their true colors showed.

Philip, who was so friendly before, suddenly never picked up my calls. He read every message I sent but never bothered to reply. Then came another rude guy for the price negotiation, and his answers were frustratingly binary—either take the ridiculously low price they offered or leave. They had the audacity to reduce the price by 40,000 SEK just because I drove 1,000 miles. Absolutely unacceptable!

This company is a complete disgrace with zero respect for their customers. Dealing with them was pure agony for two weeks. All the fake smiles and pleasantries disappear the moment they don’t have to sell you something. There’s no sincerity on their end when it comes to buying your car back.

I managed to sell my car to another dealer for 15,000 SEK more—without all the drama. Riddermark Bil is nothing but a scam. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from them unless you want to suffer!

My experience with customer support ( sienna) was very good. Everything went smooth with out issues. She was available during entire process.

Scam company. Does anything in their power to rip you off and hide faults of the vehicle. Im 99,9% sure they have fake reviews aswell. I have NEVER spoken to anyone that thinks this company is legit. Every single person that i have talked to says the same thing, scam, scam and scam.

They hide faults, lure you into doing bad business and their company owner shrugs his shoulders like he didnt knew about it.
Recently it came out that they even tell car mechanic shops to hide critical faults of the car, engine problems etc and then stay quiet about it. Dont ask questions.

Never ever fall into their trap. This is a legal company behaving like criminals that found new ways to rip normal people off to reach the top.
