Most dissapointing cardealer in the area.
We normally don't choose to talk negative about companies but we want to avoid that other people will get the same experience as us;
On the 18th of October we bought a Mazda from 2021 at Niemi bil. AS soon as we arrived home, we saw that a small part was missing, and that there was no home charging cable. We've contacted Niemibil they told us, that we could Come and pick it up. (Keep in mind 2x 30 km drive to the dealer) saturday the 19th we drove there and discovered that nothing was arranged. They told us Come back monday then your contactperson is here. When we told them that we didn't buy from the contactpersonen but from Niemi Bil they gave us the charger with an angry face.
Sundaymorning 20th of October, we have driven a total of 70 km with the car, the car shows several malfunctions including a critical malfunction, we can't continue using the car.
Mondaymorning 21th of october, as soon as Niemi Bil is open we contact them about the malfunction and a Never ending story begins....
The car is towed away, and no more transport is there for us, knowing that this was our only car. No alternative is offered.
The 24th of october the workshops calls, they need one week. After that..... radio silence. We end up calling a cab twice to transport us from, and to the trainstation because we have no car.
2th of november and 4th of November we have to reach out to the company because no information is given by them.
4th of november after another textmessage send by us we receive tje information that one more week is needed. We are in need of a car to get too our work, there is snow and it is cold. We've adressed this to the company again and finally a loan car is given. Keep in mind we only drove the car for 2 days!!!
I will spare you the complete story but a short summarise; we've ended up have our car in the workshop for 7 weeks! No information was provided, we have reached out to the company 8 times trough text message, 2 times trough email and at least 10 times trough phone to get an update about our car. From the 24th of October untill the 9th of December nothing was shared. What we did see was an ongoing process in our car app of appearing malfunctions.
2 weeks ago we drove to the company to tell them that we didn't want the car back, we've lost our trust in it. We spoke to the guy that sold the car to us. He send us to the workshop. In the workshop we've agreed that a technician would give us a phone call, and you can guess.... which he didn't.
We want back to the store and we agreed that we would give a call the week after to confirm our descision. The week after we gave a phone call, our contactperson was on holiday, we had to wait they said untill he was back, with allot of "pain" we've received the Phone number of his manager who was supposed to be updates about the situation on the 21th of November. He promised to give a call back the day after, which he didn't....
7 weeks later, after getting a voicemail 5 times my husband was able to reach him trough the central phone number. His message was clear; no, your car is ready now! Can't you see? You can pick it up! Out of the blue, after 7 weeks the car was fixed... at least.... in the morning the car still gave a critical malefunction in the car app. My husband told the manager that we have been waiting for 2 months after driving in the car for only 48 hours, and that we wanted to return it, because a broken car was sold to us. No.... the manager said, the car was broken the day after, you can sell it back to me but not for the same price. We were stunned.
After going trough a horrible customer experience with no communication, a lot of extra costs, a loan car with a flat Tire in the middle of the night, and no assistance the car is not taken back, there is no excuse and we were left in complete darkness for 2 months! I would absolutely advice nobody to ever buy a car at this company.
