The staff were very professional

The staff were very professional, this guy called Richard, off the hook!, very informed n and helpful, the whole process from the time I spoke to Richard to the time we concluded the sale was less than 24hrs.
Zakaria, the rep from Zakari Delivery company was amazing.
Basically, I think I will buy my next car from Ridermark 😁👌🏾.

Horrible after sales service

Purchased a car almost 2 months ago. Wrong tyres were fitted and issue is still not resolved. Not able to get a hold of the sales person, going there in person no one is able to help, submitting a contact request and complaint and nothing happens. Will not use their service again.

good experience at the Megastore

Buying a used car is filled with uncertainties. There are many stories about bad experiences from used car dealers. Also one can find quite a bit that's bad about Riddermark Bil online in Swedish media (perhaps not suprising something bad might arise with so many employees, but still not so great to read about). So, one approaches things with a bit of distrust. My own experience with Riddermark Bil megastore in Strängnäs leaves me nothing to complain about though, and I am happy with the negotiation and with the car. I worked with Robin Bahram there. The main thing I liked about this sales guy is that he was relatable. Obviously he needs to respect his employer and needs to sell cars, but he also was human and realistic. He was attentive when I needed him but otherwise gave me time, didn't apply pressure, and made efforts to get the car in the condition I wanted. This included a fresh washing of the seats and an additional change of tires after I realized I wanted something different. He helped come down off the sticker price a tiny bit,.. overall not much but I understand why, and I know the price was also very reasonable because I had done a lot of shopping on the same car model before going to Riddermark. The place was very professional. A real showroom, felt like just normal people there. I didn't get any vibes of desperation to sell like I got in some other places. Anyway, I think the Megastore is a great place to get a car (no idea about the other locations) and if you get Robin Bahram, even better. Thanks!

I had an absolutely terrible experience…

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Riddermark Bil. They are all smiles and helpful when selling you the car, but the moment you need any support afterward, they completely disappear. I had ongoing issues for months, and instead of helping, they just passed me around with empty promises. To make things worse, they added extra engine insurance that turned out to be completely useless when I actually needed it. After months of frustration, I realized they simply don’t care once they’ve got your money. I would never recommend Riddermark Bil to anyone—avoid them at costs.

Misinformation

When I asked before buying the car, I was told that it had no malfunctions or accidents. There are dents on the trunk lid. The front passenger airbag light is on and the engine light is on now. Something new happens every day. When I bought the car, I bought it as a 2020 model. The sales document received at home shows the car as 2019 model. I was not given such information. In the advertisement, the car was shown as 2020 model. This is my first experience with your company. But it was not what I expected at all. Also, we agreed on 165000 crowns while negotiating. I paid the down payment and left. In the information received in the evening, the price was written as 166495 crowns. I'm so upset.

I bought a car with several issues and…

I bought a car with several issues and hot them all fixed thx to riddermark. I recommend this company and my experience is very good and my trust in riddermark is the highest. I will return to buy a car from them. I bought a bmw 2016. I had issues with the engine and got it totally fixed.

Great experience with Riddermark

Great experience with Riddermark. Such a smooth and easy process to trade in our car, test and buy a new one. With small kids it’s difficult to go out to dealerships and test drive but they came to our house so I could test drive, did the checks on our car at the same time and the whole process was done in half an hour. Never had such a simple buy and sale of a car before and will be using their services again in the future.

Ivar Martinson was our representative that we spoke to and was there on the phone the whole process, quickly responded to all questions and issues and made the process super easy. Big thanks for your help!

Absolutely recommend if you want to not stress about trading in your car and buying a new one.
