Mycket dålig kundservice och värdelös ”garanti”

Jag köpte en Toyota Corolla Hybrid GR, årsmodell 2020 från Riddermark Bil, inklusive garanti och vinterdäck. Redan vid köpet var TPMS-varningslampan (däcktryckssensorer) tänd.

Efter mycket uppföljning och tjat upptäcktes till slu.t att alla fyra sensorer var trasiga. Efter enormt mycket besvär lyckades jag till slu.t få det åtgärdat på en verkstad.

När jag senare monterade vinterdäcken kom samma varningslampa tillbaka igen. Riddermark Bils svar var då:

”Vi gör ingenting. Åtgärda det själv, skicka fakturan till oss så kanske vi betalar – om vi tycker det är rimligt.”

Detta är helt oacceptabelt, särskilt när bilen såldes med garanti och vinterdäck.

Mitt råd till alla:
Om ni köper bil från Riddermark Bil – köp ENDAST bilen.
Allt extra som garanti, vinterdäck eller tilläggstjänster är bortkastade pengar.

Efter köpet visar de ingen respekt för kunden, och deras ”eftermarknadsservice” är ett skämt.

Jag håller just nu på att anmäla/klaga på företaget, och jag rekommenderar absolut inte att köpa bil här.

Slösa inte bort er tid, era pengar eller er energi.
Deras marknadsföring är inget annat än en stor lögn.

Very poor after-sales service and worthless warranty

I purchased a Toyota Corolla Hybrid GR, model year 2020 from Riddermark Bil, including warranty and winter tires. At the time of purchase, the TPMS warning light (tire pressure system) was already on.

After a lot of follow-ups, I finally found out that all four TPMS sensors were defective. After endless effort, I managed to get the issue fixed at a workshop.

However, after installing the winter tires, the same warning light appeared again. Riddermark Bil’s response was:

“We won’t do anything. Fix it yourself, send us the invoice, and maybe we’ll reimburse you if we think it’s reasonable.”

This is completely unacceptable, especially since the car was sold with a warranty and winter tires included.

My advice to others:
If you buy a car from Riddermark Bil, only buy the car itself.
Any extras like warranty, winter tires, or add-on services are a complete waste of money.

After the sale, they show no respect for the customer, and their after-sales service is nothing but a joke.

I am currently filing a complaint against this company, and I strongly do not recommend buying a car from them.

Save your time, money, and energy.
Their advertising is nothing but a big lie.

I have the worst experience of my life…

I have the worst experience of my life when I went to change my car with this Riddermark so I am writing today so that none of other might get scammed by them.
First of all this company is almost a scam and they get problematic cars and they sell them as it is without fixing them.
My experience went worst as I bought Volkswagen Sportsvan from Them.
First of all they sold me car with our Winter tired and then I had to pay separate 13000 SEK for winter tires. They do this to all but the worst thing is that tires were of worst quality and they sound so much bad even that cause pain in head. I explained to them and put a claim that I need better tires but they did not have done anything except keeping my car for 5 says and later saying that this noise is from tires and they will not do anything. I had to accept car as it is.
Second worst thing is that the breaks both front and back are gone and I have to re-new them after purchase of car from them with my own money nd it costs me another 8000 SEK as it was just 1 MM left on all 4 tires. When I told them and card Wass in warranty they sent me to a workshop called "Autowork" and the guy work over there he says whatever this company ask them to say.
So he says all breaks are brand new ! While I got checked it to 4-5 mechanics all told me that these are very risky to drive with so I decided to spend it again from my pocket!
Long story short if you gone buy car from them so not buy that 5 years warranty they sale to you because they take 15000 SEK and it never work ! Also they sale to you 13000 SEK for tires ! check the tires before paying because later on they will not hear anything.
I went to them to buy a better car but my experience is worst !

look over the car carefully

They sold me a 4 year old Volvo XC 40 Recharge that the paint was coming off the inside of the back passenger door, offered me no help in resolving the issue. Basically I didn't see it so it's my fault, nothing they can do.

3 issues with the purchase of a BMW

Bought a BMW at Riddermark in Strängnäs, and the experience was in many waýs disappointing. The navigation system was already failing at delivery, and within days the engine light came on, requiring a catalytic converter replacement, which they handled. The additional winter wheels were sold without TPMS sensors. This was stated in the sales contract, but as the previous owner of a 2007 car you might not be aware that wheels without TMPS sensors are unusable on car from 2014 and later. Overall, it felt like the dealership cared more about selling cars than properly informing or satisfying customers.

The general process went fine

The general process went fine. But I was promised that they would send the needed documents for me to register the car in a new country. It took almost two months and countless calls to managers who did now answer or employees who said that they has sent it already.

They tried to send it three times but never noticed the document return and never offering a real explanation.

I felt that if something goes wrong after you pay them, good luck they don't care.

I'm personally never buying a car again from this joke of a company.

Sending documents abroad unfortunately has a tendency to fail or be returned even for very small reasons, and we have had similar issues with several international exports. Postal handling across borders can be unpredictable, and documents may get stuck or sent back without explanation.

Dont trust the sales person like I am dealing.

I booked a BMW X1 GHR632 on 8th of Nov 2025, but I canceled this order on 9th Nov. Initially I paid a 5000kr booking amount. I asked the salesperson to get my money back. He said within 2-3 working days it will be credited in your account. I have been taking the follow up after 3rd day, but still the money has not been refunded.
and now the sales person didnt pickup my phone. Also send mail to sutomer care but they are not aware what is going o,. I am totally disappointed with this type of service. I am still waiting for my money.

I cannot speak about the company…

I cannot speak about the company directly. Time will tell if the car I have bought from Riddermark is a good experience with the company or a bad one.
I would, however, like to note that I have had very good experience with their seller Philip Viklund in their Järfälla location. He was very professional, detailed and whatever I asked about, even if he did not know the answer, he made an honest and strong effort into finding out for me, even though the questions may not be relevant to his work.

Car insurance

Buy car, pay extra insurance from them, after 1 month of driving check engine light comes on. Contact riddermark and report problem, they send me service contact, after diagnosis they didn't approve my service because i drive more than 400 Sweedish miles... so why pay extra for insurance??!?!?!?

Avoid Riddermark Bil at all costs!!
I bought a car from them and within just one month it needed repairs. I later found out I'm not the only one this has happened to it seems to be a pattern. The worst part is their complete lack of responsibility. They refuse to acknowledge their part in selling vehicles that clearly aren't roadworthy for long. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable car or honest customer service.
