Never acctualy made a purchase as I followed a Google advert to a product that was sadly missadvertised by Google and turned out to be incorrect, however Richardsons cycles where extremely helpful and canceled my order within minutes of me emailtto cancel I cannot and will not fault their customer service.

Really good service from Stephen when buying my new bike and after when purchasing accessories Ronnie was absolutely amazing. I could tell she went the extra mile to ensure the accessories were right first time for the make and model etc.
