Abbey Carver from Avery Residential was fantastic in helping me find accommodation in Birmingham. She was helpful and always available, replied quickly to every inquiry, and managed to secure my accommodation in just 2 days. I am very satisfied with the whole process, which might be overwhelming at times. I highly recommend her service!

These letting agents are scammers. They tried to rent me an apartment with a leak that was still being repaired. They also advertised the property as being available earlier than it actually was, as the advertised availability did not take into account the additional two weeks needed to complete the repairs. They asked me to pay a holding deposit before providing a draft tenancy agreement and while the repairs were still incomplete. This could have put me in a situation where I risked losing my holding deposit if I decided not to proceed because the repairs had not been completed as promised. Avoid!

I've had a good experience with Avery Residential over the years whilst they managed my property. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

They also assisted me with the sale of my property and the process was handled professionally from start to finish.

Following an appalling experience with a different Agency, I came to Avery under immense pressure with little to no time at all to view, apply and move into one of their rental properties. Abbey, their Sales and Lettings manager, went above and beyond in ensuring I moved into my new home. By being extremely understanding of my circumstances, Abbey was able accommodate a same day viewing late on a friday afternoon (when I my initial enquiry was only sent on the very same afternoon!) and was able to ensure a tight deadline was met with consistent and prompt communications/updates where required. Abbey offered a constant and calming reassurance whilst the application progressed, was empathetic regarding my situation and was on hand to offer any help when required. For all of this I could not be more grateful and can't begin to thank her enough for assuring a smooth process throughout what was a very stressful time.

Avery was a pleasure to work with. I stayed as tenant for one year at one of their managed properties in Birmingham. Communication was prompt and clear from the start. The property was well-managed and exactly as initailly described in the listing. Moving in and out was a seamless process. No issues at all. Highly recommend renting with them.

We moved in a month ago, and the freezer section of the fridge was completely blocked with ice build-up and had broken trays. We informed the property manager, and she booked a service technician who sorted everything out.

We’ve been with Avery since 2008. We have a property in Birmingham that they manage for us. Great service. Short turn around when our tenants vacate. Extremely positive experience with Avery and especially Rhiannon who has assisted greatly upon termination of my tenancy.

A few charges issues from the landlord that ai didn’t agree with that Avery helped negotiate. No issues with Avery, more so with the landlord directly.

Rhiannan and Colin have been so helpful throughout our tenancy, anything we have needed they have responded quickly and anything has been solved, rhiannan made the move out process very easy and stress free, I couldn’t recommend them enough
