My order arrived on time, and everyone absolutely loved the banner pens! I can’t thank Lilly and Shannon enough for their help! They went over and beyond to get my items ready even though it was on short notice.

I had a great experience using Extravaganza for a variety of printed materials, including banners, merchandise, and award trophies. The staff were always helpful and attentive. Shannon Clarke handled many of my orders and was great. Thank you!

Attentive and listened to our needs for a large scale multiple item 300 unit product order for a conference. Lilly worked with us to fit within our budget and worked with us to create eco-friendly high-end finish products whilst ensuring perfect timescale met. She offered a good range of product options but was not pushy in approach. We had a really wonderful service from Extravaganza Promotional Merchandise team and I would recommend for future use.

I ordered travel mugs with our logo for the symposium, where I was part of the organizing team. Lilly was incredibly helpful in selecting the product and finalising the design. She used external party to redrew our logo, as I didn’t have the correct file format. The order was delivered on time — actually even earlier than their usual manufacturing schedule

Lily was super responsive and supportive throughout our order process - the awards that arrived were exactly as we had discussed and looked great!

I worked with Lilly on a last minute order with quite a tight timeframe. Communication was quick and the process was easy. From my initial phone call to the order being placed, it was my perfect experience working with a merchandising company. The experience was positive: they responded to all our requests and made adjustments whenever possible. We will use them next time, unless we find better deals with other company. They need to offer deals for regular customers.

Not only was I really impressed by how quick Extravaganza was at ordering what I wanted from them but it even go here ahead of time which was amazing.

We have used Extravaganza for a number of years, but this year we have used them for a big event that we hosted and they did the most fantastic job on the items we required personalising. They always deliver high quality products and within the time frame required. The delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. We were asked to change one product to increase the print area, but the final result did not meet our expectations. The logo was not well visible in terms of size and color.

Communication spot on, fresh ideas, good prices, lovely team to work with. Enjoyed working with them as it took the pressure off us. They know their market and went the extra mile in supporting us.
