Hello,
We bought a football helmet, it came fast and perfectly packed, unfortunately, there were two missing face mask holders.
Nothing to do with Reyrr, the box was sealed from the Schutt factory (or distributor).
Even so, Reyrr took care of the problem and provided the parts extremely fast.
After sales service has been amazing, 12 out of 10 for them. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Despite delays in delivery, the company kept me fully informed as to the progress of the order and facilitated in changing the delivery address.
Bad service and slow communication
I ordered the gloves through them. Nothing was heard about the order for a week. It was only when I contacted them that it turned out that the model in question does not have the size I ordered. If I hadn't contacted myself and demanded clarity on the matter, I don't know if they would have even reacted to the matter. In addition, communication was really slow and difficult. This is the second time I have been disappointed with this company and it will be the last time I do business with them.

Terrible shopping experience
Website must be a one man hobby operation?
Ordered two items in June. Was invoiced immediately. Contacted them a week later, as they never sent shipping details, only invoice.
Turns out website is not synchronised with stock. Took them another week to reply that they did not have the products they had already involved me for.
They then asked if I wanted to wait 7-9 days for a pending shipment. I said yes. Should have said no and asked for a refund. But hadn’t realised yet just how incompetent they are with customer service.
Two weeks after that, I was still missing shipping info. I asked for it yet again, and several days later they replied that they would replace one of my items with a newer and more expensive model to make up for the delays.
Shipment finally arrives a good week later. One item is what I ordered, except wrong colour. The second turns out to be a different, cheaper model, with cheaper technology. Half the price of the item I ordered, as priced on their own website.
When confronted, they reply 10 days later that the cheaper model is in fact soon going to be priced the same as the more expensive model. Never mind that I never ordered the cheaper model. Never mind that they never asked if it was okay to send a different product than what I ordered (I would have said no).
I asked to return the cheaper model, and several days later was sent an UPS return label from Reyrr. (Aren’t those supposed to follow shop items automatically?) Also had to find a an UPS-office to send it from, as UPS does not do door service on return.
Then today, yet another few weeks later, I am invoiced 650 NOK by UPS for the return shipment (of the product I never ordered in the first place). Reyrr can not do anything about this, even though they are the cause of the problem. I must sort it out myself with UPS directly.
Hate the store, hate the complete idiot running it. Still stuck sorting out the details of the invoice now, in late August, for items ordered in June (and only received half of the order).

I purchased some Riddell items from Reyrr.se and had questions about shipping - a few quick and friendly emails back and forth with Benjamin solved the problem in a way that was clear and simple. Reyrr.se held on to the items until my preferred shipping date so the delivery was at a time that worked for me, and kept me up to date with the process. Perfect.
I would not hesitate to use Reyrr.se again, their service is good and so are their prices.

Horrible shipping experience
Horrible shipping experience. I ordered my package to Hungary, Szekesfehervar but they shipped to a UPS PickUpPoint in Budapest. I had 4-5 phone calls with the UPS customer service until they finally shipped my stuff to my address. It took like 3 weeks in total.
Also, they don't had a size 12 shoe, but we talked about it and they shipped a 12.5 which is unfortunately a bit big, but i will manage that. The visor and the pants is good.
Please update the shipping info and tell the customers in advance that you won't ship to their address, only to a Budapest PickUpPoint. Horrible practice, it is what it is.
