Rewinch - Electric Winches LTD Reviews

Rewinch makes a great product and is eager to support after the sale. One possible room for improvement is for the tariff to be included (if the cost is known) in the sale instead of relying on FedEx to pay the tariff which then must be collected from the customer.

The winch was easy to use and we just started using it out of the box. Works as expected!

It‘s a rare product, it‘s great than someone is building electric winches! From a mecanic and an engineer view there is a lot that could be built better or improved on the winch for sure. But with that very limited market which means no big production and high prices it‘s a great product! So I can recommend it and I would buy it again.

Worst experience ever. They are terrible business people. Do not buy this product.

I highly recommend this product. We studied all the Winch options on the market and were worried about buying from out of the country. You should rest easy knowing this product ships right to your door step without issue.
We needed to write this review so people would know about this company... We've had nothing but positive experiences with them.

We actually bought a winch in the USA and that company held our money and kept stringing us along. After 5 months we got our money back and bought a rewinch and I'm so glad we did... It showed up in a matter of a couple weeks. We had a beach trip planned and they were going to send it to our beach house if we needed. Unbelievable.
We bought the ride more package but honestly the batteries are perfect. We rotate the batteries around each time so they last a long time but you really can do what you need on one set. We got the standard 25 MPH pull and it's fast. I don't know how much faster you could go on water... Its crazy.

We've used the winch at the beach, our backyard lake, and secret urban spots we find on the road.
If you want to see more of us using the winch find us on Youtube at Borillasnaps

Filipe has been incredible to deal with. Always solving any problem with step by step personal advice. He also stands behind his unbelievably well designed products helping to replace parts as needed constantly improving on an already great design. I've had nothing but great times with my winch and love riding behind it with my boys.

By far the best winch we had until now. Lightweight to carry arround and solide functioning in diffrent conditions and sourroundings.

It works perfectly in every place we've tested. Very good at high speed, and very useful to have the low speed function to tense the rope.
But we have a few things to consider:
- it would be useful to have a manual command, to not only depend on the remote control, at least to roll back the rope into the spool.
- It is a little hard to extend the rope when the rider goes to the starting point rowing or swimming. It would be good if the spool could be completely released.
- The batt level indicator in the remote shows two red leds, so the user assume that there's still enough energy in the batteries, but suddenly they run out of charge.
- Sometimes the remote (both the rider remote and the hand remote control) lost connection and suddenly stop working

Positiv is the reaction when I wrote an email, I received an answer very quick. Thank you for that. Negative is, that I had to wait a long time before I received the rewinch. The quality of the bag is not really good.

Filipe and his team do a great job supporting after sales customer service

Rewinch made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion even though we made a last minute order. Communication was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great company and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I got this winch for my ski street crew to hit urban spots. We used a gas winch prior and were hyped to check out this new tech. The pulls are super consistent and smooth! The machine is sooo much easier to move around and carry to spots. The remote works perfect and allows us to dial in our speed for different features. This entire winch system is well thought out and fridge rips! The batteries last way longer than expected.. we get around 50-80 pulls per charge depending on the speed required for different features. 10/10!!

Amazing service

Awesome company very quick service and reliable at returning emails

Rewinch is a light, portable and still very powerful winch system. Reply and follow up of the team is also very good, questions are answered very quickly. We are happy with the winch, we will test it in the snow too but can not wait for the summer to arrive for foil and wakeboard sessions again.
