It hasn’t. I went in because I thought the hearing aid were to high. I was told that they were just right. They kept popping out and falling to the ground!! Now blue is dumb founded and the other is lost!!!

I was told to use the help line
I was told to use the help line, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever picked up so I hung up. I then called to get an appointment and was told it would be a week before I could be seen. That is the second time this had happened. I consider this poor customer service.
Great service
This is my 1st time with in the ear devices and it took multiple fittings. My audiologist was very helpful and patient to make sure there was a positive outcome.

Chad was wonderful, as always. I believe he is an advisor who REALLY cares for his patients and I am very glad to know him and to work with him. In my view, any problem I might have, he will be there to help solve it. He is great.

After I got my order then he did not want to assist me & so I went elsewhere this year but needed some adjustment on last years hearing aids again & no one would ever answer the phones so I drove over there during hours & no one was there at the Yorktown office I chose because if it’s proximity to my home. So the hearing aids are worthless if you can’t get help and I would not reco them to anyone! I prefer driving into Newport News to Beach Hearing solutions who take lots of time & help with every issue & I recommended them to my friends!
