The hole experience was fine first phone flawless the second one the note 20 battery was done only lasted a few hours on a full charge so had it replaced at Samsung

They do their job as a seller so well that there is hardly any reason to communicate with them. I was worried that their shipping would take almost a month as per UPS but thankfully, they did not exploit that. I'm so super satisfied with the product. THANK YOU

(update)The phone looks nothing like a pre owned device, still true. however, after day 5 of using the device, it stopped working properly it says no service, the wifi toggle doesn't work too. this is super frustrating and stressful so until the issue gets fixed i will be keeping the other 4 stars
