Great Packing
For a while now, I have been ordering from RSK (Retrospillkongen) and have always received my orders in amazing packaging or sealed condition. For example, if it’s a game, they wrap it in great plastic to ensure it arrives in excellent condition—which it always has.
I hope they continue to improve their store over time and expand their offerings, as I would personally love to see more of their products. Heck, maybe they could even explore grading games in the future! (Like sending them to a grading company.)

Perfect customer service
I had a problem with the product I've bought from the shop but the Customer Service fixed everything sending me a replacement based on the fact that they were trusting me. The results is that I have received a new product checked personally by them, than i checked myself and after that I have sent back the first one that had a malfuction due to the manufacturer.
Kind and really fast service, I will surely buy again from Retrospillkongen!
