I’ve actually had their lins in my…

I’ve actually had their lins in my wishlist for a long time now, and finally decided to go for it. I ended up buying two things. Later that day I realized that I could have bought those two things as a bundle for even cheaper. I emailed them and asked it it would be possible. And within 10 minutes they answered. It was possible :D

Then a week passed and I still hadn’t received a delivery notice, so I emailed them again. And again, very quick to answer and told me they would reach out when they knew where the issue was. I think one or two days passed and they reached out again. Was very apologetic about the wait. The issue was solved (contusion in the adress) and soon after I received the delivery notice :)

Very happy for the great costumer service. Thank you Bradley and Mark for the help.

So far very satisfied, and I haven’t even received tried the product yet

“Release shutter without lens” issue resolved!

Nelzon helped me find the setting on my Canon Mark ii that was preventing the camera from taking the photo. I thought it wasn’t compatible but we got it figured out quickly! Amazing customer service.

Retropia Customer Service Unbeatable

I had a Canon camera sitting in a corner for so long, unable to use it because the lens came broken. After seeing Retropia lenses everywhere, I finally decided to order a lens! Liam was much help with figuring out which lens was right for my camera type and answering every question I had. I recently took it on a roadtrip through mountains and national parks in Montana and got the coolest shots ever. Love the Retropia team!

Good customer support

I ordered the wrong lens for my camera and luckily for me Mark from customer support was there to help me.
The help I experienced was more than just awesome. They were very understanding and reasonable. Also a plus is that they replied very fast.
I can really appreciate when a company puts this much effort into making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. So this leaves me no other choice than to leave a 5 star rating.
Would recommend.

They have been so helpful and kind. I accidentally order the wrong camera mount and was wanting to get an exchange for my order. Nelzon, the one whole helped me made everything as smooth as possible and very easy for me. They are very professional and even gave me updates of the process of my exchange order. Love this brand and the creativity it…

Love this brand and the creativity it brings to capturing photos! This lens has brought back a nostalgic feel and has made it fun to want to shoot outside of my norm. It’s more than a lens it’s a feeling of going back to what images looked like growing up. My teenage son is into photography and being able to capture images of my children in this form has been such a cool experience. For my photography business, it has added character and I will be including “film edits” for customers to purchase separately giving my business value and uniqueness. Customer service was really genuine and gave me that human to human interaction with is needed today. They understood my questions and responded promptly and with care.The interaction was handled both professionally and with care.

AWESOME Customer Service

A couple things made my experience with Retropia very pleasant and painless. I was clearly and precisely given several options after I realized that I had purchased the wrong Lens for my grandson's camera.
Most important was the GOLD STAR Service I was given by Nelzon! He spent time and effort responding with thoughtfulness and comments ....all in an effort to try make this easier for me. I appreciated his efforts. The refund has already been generated and it's only been ONE Day. Thank you Nelzon!!! Every company should have someone like you representing them!!

Retro items worth having in your camera bag.

I have purchased 2 items from retropia, the Orio lens and the flash. I use a Nikon Z9 most of the time and Quite often I like pictures that have a special look, I have the sharpest and the most versatile in the Nikon Z line of lenses, but when I want a special look, I always take the Retropia Oreo lens with me.. Some might say it's a waste of Z9 to put such a lens on it, but I love it .. and normally for a fill in light, the Retropia flash is always in my bag as well.... Small, light does the job very well and the fact it can be recharged by USB C makes it ideal to carry around. Well pleased with both my purchases. I forgot to add .. Something I find really useful is that I can see the result with my Retropia Orio lens straight out of the camera, sure I make some improvements later, but I can immediately see the result on camera screen..
