Impossible to find where in the website you do that. By accident I happened to get to the right section.
Well, then not every accountnumber is accepted and also said that the amount were higher than I had, even though I know I have enough money there.

They are a SCAM!
I bought a bed for my new apartment in October 2020, I was going to pay the full amount right away, but Sova offered me a 36 month payment plan with 0% interest.
I decided to take it since I would have more buffer to purchase other furniture for the apartment. It was way suitable in my finance and I started paying way above the monthly required payment to not occur interest rates.
Then out of the blue their app changed, I haven't received any notice of payments and the nightmare began. Charge over charges and fees for delay, still I kept the payments despite their awful communication.
Of course they have a lawful way to charge me what they have charged me, but what is unfair in the lack of clarity and all the admin fees they charge you right and left, not to count of how unclear their website is when it regards to my payments.
I have calculated through my bank statements that I already paid 26Ksek out of 30.6Ksek 16 months ahead of the plan and what was supposed to be a remaining saldo of 4000sek is still 10000sek.
What was supposed to be a monthly payment of 849 sek/month now is more than 2000sek. HOW CAN I PAY MORE THAN IT'S SUPPOSED AND STILL MY DEBT INCREASES? I'm sure there's nothing illegal, but is absolutely unclear DARK UX they use to make you pay more! DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
