BEWARE - BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
They had great Customer Service when everything was going well. I had a reduction in my work hours so called to get a lower interest rate and to restructure my loan; they refused. They kept saying call back the next month then when I called the following month as advised I would get someone newon the phone who would say no again. This has been going on for 4 months. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am very disappointed with Resurs Sverige Bank's fee structure. I was surprised with an 800 SEK late payment fee after a single day's delay. This felt excessive, and I don't believe this was clearly communicated in their terms of service. I had difficulty reaching customer service to address the issue. If you're considering this bank, read their fee schedule carefully, and be aware of potential penalties. I'm now seeking a bank with more transparent terms.

I was searching for credit card to use on travel, I see this company ,first I called and was told that all services are free if I pay before 60 days, after I receive the card again I called and confirmed if all services are free including ATM withdrawal, the lady said no extra charges or fees if I pay on time,so I did a test because you can't trust words from bankers, and here we go for the 200 sek I cashed 35 sek was added, I called the resurs and explained, he said there is a fee!!! I replied either you remove the fee or I pay the and cancel the card, he choosed to cancel, I paid the invoice and waiting to close my account, so I advise everyone to avoid this company bank.
Thank God it is a small amount.

Charging interest without informing customers
I had an eye operation loan with them and one payment got missed and the amount of interest they charge is super high on that missed payment. Best is their Faktura do not even explain that they are charging that interest. My loan was interest free and they kept putting in interest every month. Never using them again. Paid once all the money so don't have to deal with them anymore. Theives !

The best part of my experience was when i wanted to pay of everything at once, the customer support helped me out with one custom inovice for all my purches, and it was a bunch 😁 If i would end up in the same situation again, Resurs will be my number one choice 🤑🤑
