Pick up was great ! But pricing was really high. Booking process was really easy.
The guys texted me saying they were on their way and it wasn’t long after and they were pulling into my parking lot. There were four guys and they were polite and very friendly, took care of business swiftly and seamlessly.

The moving team (Kadeem & crew) were friendly, professional and quick. I thought the entire process was so easy. It took a few minutes to schedule online & I was impressed by how soon I could get on the schedule. I will definitely use this service again if needed.
ReSupply partner company brought almost new items to disposal instead of a re-use charity, even though that’s how i engaged with ReSupply in first place. as soon as partner company came in, told me immediately that initial charity would not take (again, even though that’s who i initially connected with). then, partner said would charge me a disposal fee - though said i would cancel rather than have items disposed of. then said they would find an alternate charity. once i signed off, contacted ReSupply to find out the alternate charity and the said partner had to dispose of and had already done so, when i gave them an alt charity that would accept. asked for money back, for services not rendered. but they said i was still helping by using them to get rid of items - total bs - and besides, partner did not charge me disposal fee in end, regardless of me paying their extra fees specifically to have items DONATED FOR REUSE! Customer service was quick to respond, but unhelpful in end.

Ronald Bernard and Griffin Day are simply outstanding. They were super efficient in removing my donation bags and boxes. They both have wonderful personalities....professional but friendly and courteous. They made the whole experience a nice one.

The pick up crew men were professional and quick and polite.
We are thrilled to give good quality furniture to those in need.
The service members who created a pick up/delivery crew system to facilitate getting needed items to those in need are geniuses. I will spread the word. I think so much goes in the trash or to questionable “charities” simply because the transport/logistics of renting a truck on your own is a hassle and pricey.
The communication pre-donation was excellent. I have only 2 suggestions.
I asked multiple times about bedframe-headboard and footboard-donation and kept getting non-helpful responses that left us confused. I was clear it was a solid cherry wooden bed frame in great shape and that it matched all of the other bedroom furniture that we were donating. I kept getting vague answers that seemed to address a mattress pickup despite saying I wasn’t requesting mattress pickup.
When the men arrived they mentioned they could recycle the box spring for $100 and take it, which was great, but if we knew that in advance we would have been better prepared and had a discussion before their arrival. Subsequent to the crew leaving with the box spring we opted to throw away the mattress as well because of its age and we could have been more thoughtful about that in advance and availed ourselves of the recycling for that as well had we gotten better information in advance. We have a township pick available in May, but we would have preferred to have given that money to the veterans.
Also, the crew arrived hours before we were scheduled and we thankfully had moved our prep to the evening prior rather than during the morning before our 12-4PM scheduled slot as we had originally planned. The men called three times to alert us but I didn’t have my phone with me having anticipated a late morning alert for our scheduled 12-4 pickup. It worked out just fine because we prepared the evening prior, but knowing morning pickup was a possibility we would have planned to be ready earlier and on alert for the call,
and have moved items to the first floor, cleaned the furniture, etc. for either pick up time slot.
It worked out just fine, but it wouldn’t have had we not been home that morning.
All in all, it was a great experience and we will spread the word. Thanks for facilitating our getting our donation to those who could benefit from it. ~Diane
I had coordinated the pickup of my sofa to be on the same day as the delivery of my new one. I was "sold" on the idea of donating my sofa, less than a year old, to a good home and someone in need. When the drivers arrived, I learned that it cannot be donated and then I was hit with an $80 recycling fee. I live in a small studio, and I needed the sofa out because the new one was coming later the same day. I had no choice but to accept these conditions and the outrageous additional charges. I was willing to pay your exorbitant pick up fee only because I felt I was doing something sustainable and charitable with my sofa. I may as well have lit that money on fire as it was a total waste of the intention behind this. I'm disgusted, I'm sad and I'm $300 lighter in the wallet. I booked online and it was not clear to me that my furniture could not be donated. I will never use your service again, and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Deceptive. If I could choose zero stars, I would.
They arrived on time and were out in no time flat and they stuck to the estimated cost. The guys were friendly and professional.
The driver and his assistant were very professional and quickly loaded the items.
Seamless and easy process. Excellent communications and handoffs. Will use again.
