Made it easy to donate send an email got a reply pick up time scheduled the gentleman was on time that picked up my donation and very wonderful polite

I specifically asked if you could disassemble a sofa and you said you could. When the company you sent to do this job arrived they said they could not disassemble the sofa for less than $1000 and that because it was a sleeper sofa they would have to trash it. Then they charged me $200 as a cancellation fee! This is outrageous and you now owe me $200

You were accurate on your time. You were on time and friendly.

Tristan and Isaac came to my home within their alloted window. Well dressed, clean and competent. They did a good job of taking a heavy item out safely. Can't ask for more.

What an easy way to a schedule a pickup that helped eliminate taking a used item to the dump to be resupplied for someone to use. No wear and tear on my vehicle and no stress of taking items to the dump.

They arrived at our home well prepared for the move of a large carpet and some chairs. They had to move heavy furniture to remove the carpet. they did it carefully and well. They did it all with a smile.

Website shows nice box truck with name on it with personal in uniforms. Reality a rusty pick-up truck with a trash trailer showed up with personnel not wearing anything to identify as Resupply (Job was subcontracted to third party). Resupply great at communicating pick up time and ID truck and plate number and name of person showing up to property - however none of the information supplied was correct and I had to ask other means to ID personnel. Otherwise, the 2 personnel that showed up did a great job removing parents' estate furniture. Downside they had to make 2 trips to charity location since it was not a box truck that showed up- had to wait until they came back. Expensive and there is an ale carte menu for the extras that was communicated upfront. Advantages - It's an option if you can lift heavy furniture and reduces liability and time for a planned estate sale. It was difficult to see parents' nice furniture placed into a trash trailer for transporting to a charity.
