Great experience with companty. Product wrapped really well, hoever delivery did let it down. Dropped off at neighbours house in their driveway even though we were home, no call to us or even letting the neighbout know it was there.

There were lots of lovely pieces of furniture to chose from, plenty of images and the dimensions were accurate. Communication to arrange the delivery, via email and telephone, was clear. And best of all, everyone that I dealt with was friendly and polite. I am so happy with the 2 items of furniture I purchased as they are restored to a high standard, fit perfectly and it is nice to have been able to give an old item a new home.

Human beings you can talk to and communicate with. Delivery date was able to be negotiated. 3 guys who came to install could not have been more courteous or helpful. And on top of all that the piece of furniture i ordered was magnificent!

We are pleased with our chest although we found one of the legs was a bit shorter than the others so we needed to put a support under it. That said it was delivered effectively and on time

Restored Furniture collected several items of donated furniture today. They kept in touch, came when promised and took great care of our house and furniture when collecting. They were very appreciative of the donations

The pieces were lovely. However, packing tape was applied directly to the furniture - leaving a big sticky mess which stripped off a very visible part of the finish. The response from the company was unprofessional and indifferent, showing no action to apologise or to remedy the damage caused.

Great experience, went over and beyond. Would definitely buy from them again
